Is the site for sale

Have there been any more open source trading platforms released, cause some of these have abandoned and/or gone closed source.

My programming skills are close to none and looking to buy it and or hire someone to modify an already functional exchange.
Possibly from something open source or custom made by someone who is no longer interested, i'm wondering what the costs may be and if anyone has anything to offer.

These people should get more lessons learned every now and than, but unfortunately they are likely to get away with it.

Unfortunately mcxnow closed down and i'm wondering if there are any reputable btc/altcoin exchanges out there.Can anybody also give a ruff estimation and likeliness of getting a return of +15+% year by holding on to altcoins?
