My first ticket was 358378, still no answer and hope honestly.  And 400108 is open for now, month already.

So now they changed withdrawn from 0.025 to 0 without any notice. And almost 40 days silence from support. Nice.

Same here, 40 days and no reply from support. Also they just switched daily limit from 0.0025 to 0 BTC. And they just changed statements from 31 of October. Last time it was 0.025. I thought I could withdraw by small amounts even if take long. So now no chances, they just took the money.
