So I have to post daily at least two post to get promotion in the activity. I am now posting like that only as I don't have any signature campaign if I have for this posting I could have paid and it might motivate me a lot. Its all about luck only.
No, I think you miscounted or didn't understand. It's a maximum of 14 posts in a 2 week period that counts for activity, so that would average at 1 per day although there is no requirement to do it 1 day at a time.
So if I posted 5 per day , that gives me 70 post in 2 weeks.. Only 14 will be counted as an activity?
Yes.
Is privet message also counted as an activity?
No.
This format of counting the activity is applied  to all ranks?  What about my login time?
As for your first question, yes and there will be no exceptions in this matter. For the second one, it doesn't really matter. What being "active" means in your "activity": posting even just once in an activity period will able you to claim your 14 potential activities. Login time has no role to play in your "activity."
