I do enjoy crafting things with my hands. I like to make sculptures out of clay or even out of random objects like plastic utensils. There's something nice about feeling the clay and shaping it into something organic though.

Vitamin D tablets are essential during the dark winters where I live for me to not become depressed from the lack of sunlight. I also try to keep a good supply of Boost High Protein meal replacement beverages on hand for days when I'm busy or need to add some nutrition to a sad meal.

The Boss Baby. Hands down the most entertaining movie I watched this year. It's a bit rough around the edges but it is a gem in disguise. It's currently streamable on Netflix.

I like Nintendo games so I have a Wii U but otherwise I play on PC. Really just get whatever console has the games you want and that your friends have if you want to play with them. That's really all that matters when it comes down to it in my opinion.

I think that all music has it's place in the right environment and mindset. Jazz doesn't energize you like rock does but I find it's good for relaxing and in general makes excellent background noise. When I'm pumping out essays for college at 4am though it's metal all the way.

When I'm stressed I take naps. Even half an hour can do wonders sometimes.
Also a quick walk outside never hurt.
