Honestly every ICO is  right? Even when they become cryptocurrency in an exchange. Even cryptocurrency itself because you still wonder if this is the future of currency. But I believe in USI and their vision. Why? Because they are an innovative company, consistently changing their products (from Forex to mining to Bitcoin to ICO) and they last a good while because as a company you can't be stagnant selling one product thinking it'll last forever.

If the company was a scam how are they able to do this? It's funny how people call scam when they haven't been scammed by the company lol. Oh to answer the question, the white paper hasn't been released because the coins aren't readily available to the public yet. There is no email or information out there promising 12-16% return so that bogus, also they are registered in Dubai but not the Dubai database but the registration is umbrellaed so to speak under the Dubai database. Also it's hard to fool the FTC and I doubt they would purger themselves on the USI website saying that they are FTC compliant. Lastly a Chicago based Law Firm wouldn't legally write  they represent USI-Tech. There are registered so let me provide proof and kill this whole thread. I'm in USI Tech and I need to make a few corrections to what your saying.
"For 6 months myself and hundreds of other members 400-500+ just re bought and re bought thinking we would make tons of money down the line and we bought into their commission plans before the November 1st update which consisted of an agency license or forex trading license which comes with an agency license anyway, now of which is all gone in the new “website update”." that's not true, perhaps your upline sponsor didn't mention it to you, however I was informed about two months before the London event.

Also there were multiple emails stating how much up the website would be (idk if you realize but moving websites with that kind of heavy traffic is very difficult)
