for my 2x 290 cgminer is 2x faster but unstable, hope for new version of OpenCLMAX to match speed!
I have 2x 280x they are mining with 2x instances of the miner on 2 workers. Seem to be mining well. I have them undervolted whats interesting is they're running far cooler than when mining Script. ie, 68C instead of 75 - 80C

ypool web page is down from what I gather, but my miner is still chuging away, hopefully when the site comes back up it can pay out, managed to get the Mac OSX wallet-qt to sync, so I have an address now Mike.. back up there and my stats are still all good too

To all those people getting Invalid passwords etc. make sure in ypool you have selected at the top "Current coin mode" and you are in MAX coin mode. Then when you go into MAX coin you should have a worker with name of <Username>.max_1. Ie, check this info under howto > maxcoin ( http://www.ypool.com/howto?ct=6) : Important: Make sure you have selected the correct coin in the box 'Current coin mode' on the top of the screen. Each coin has it's own workers. The default worker for MaxCoin is called <username>.max_1

Anyone know whats going on with icyhash? I know the site went down and there was a big argument on here yesterday, but is he bringing the site back online?
I might once I get the DDOS stuff setup in a week or two. Until then, please read this post. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=396068.msg4399257#msg4399257And that assumes people would actually use it after all this... Yes because I was ripped apart for public false accusations. I assumed people were asking because they want their coins not because they want to continue using it. I'll keep this thread updated with a status. Hi Spork well with all the issues with potential 51% issues on other pools i think its a good time to get up and running again

still having trouble getting a good connection with the coinye wallet. only one connection every time, really hard to sync. tried to add other nodes but it doesn't help. Tried on different internet connections, must be some setting that's wrong.. and i can't imagine having to setup portforwarding, this thing works just like the LTC client right? LTC works just fine, but maybe there are more people using it.
stop freaking about it. its happening to everyone. just leave it open for a few hours or overnight it will eventually sync and be fine. Every time i close mine it does the same thing when i re-open Just an FYI -- I've had mine running for about 18 hours and it is still showing only 1 peer. Yeah but so does mine that shouldn't be a problem though right? It will still sync doesn't it? The most i've ever seen is 2 people to sync with but it still works fine Here is a copy of my conf file: rpcuser=coinye rpcpassword=coins rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=7777 addnode=37.187.93.104 addnode=23.253.71.20 addnode=94.242.254.73 addnode=24.20.187.178 addnode=37.59.31.34 addnode=37.59.54.28 addnode=62.212.72.31 addnode=teamcoinye.com addnode=198.245.63.111 addnode=72.46.130.53 addnode=108.168.55.170 addnode=94.242.254.73 addnode=199.241.191.148 addnode=37.187.93.104 addnode=23.253.71.20 addnode=94.242.254.73 addnode=24.20.187.178 addnode=37.59.31.34 addnode=37.59.54.28 addnode=62.212.72.31 server=1 daemon=1

How setup cgminer so it starts mining, when the coin is released ?
Just set it as main coin to be mined with a failover such as middlecoin etc, it will failover to middlecoin until coinye pool comes up

Payouts are out. Sorry for the delay.
I noticed some problems today (and fixed them) with the EU server, so it's still considered beta.
I've added two new beta servers, so we now have:
uswest.middlecoin.com:3333 in Oregon (same as middlecoin.com currently) useast.middlecoin.com:3333 in N. Virginia beta eu.middlecoin.com:3333 in Ireland beta asia.middlecoin.com:3333 in Singapore beta
They all switch coins, just like the original US server. After beta ends, middlecoin.com will point to the server with the lowest latency to you. So you don't need to mess with your miner config at all if you don't want to participate in the beta.
If you use a beta server, be sure to have a failover server because I might need to take them offline if they have issues.
Also, don't use --no-submit-stale. On any server. When we coin switch with the new non-disconnecting tech, cgminer thinks some shares are stale when they are not.
Great news on the Singapore server H2O thanks, I'm in australia so I can start using that server for now to test it out. Actually though, the west coast server has a very slightly less Ping (westcoast 173, Singapore 184) but i'll use singapore for testing

So... what's up with the flatline?
Just H2O stealing more coins. No big deal. Since some of you guys said you're ok with 10% and higher fee Yo, weather or not H2o Is scamming or not, stop ignoring the people asking you to settle your debt. At the moment you are the confirmed scammer in this thread. Cheers Just report him for trolling. I've had enough of these pages being filled with his drivel. he made his point long ago, he isn't contributing anything further to the discussion...

Each day I'm paid out its significantly lower than the expected payout based on unpaid and balance values. I'm now getting 1/4 of what I should be with a 1850Khs rig. Anyone else experiencing this? I've checked my rig and it seems fine. Its only on ~2.x% rejection as reported by CGMiner. Although I'm seeing this substantial drop each day over the past week in BTC payout. ie: 0.034 > 0.027 > 0.021 > 0.019 > 0.016 > 0.011 Here is my payout page: http://middlecoin2.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/reports/1Giu4rWR1ZE5M8an7ceBBCYSXerSDomAeE.htmlEdit: I'm now trying EU server with US as failover but as I said above, i'm not getting high rejection and infact what is reported on middlecoin seems right, but my payout is what is low...?

off and running....it was a minimum buy thing...had all my funds sitting in BTC and had to convert them to USD....didnt have enough cash readily available is there somewhere to factor in the trade costs? sorry....super newb to the bots
The way I read things is that with the BTC price on the up, if the funds in the account were held in BTC, the bot would have left the coins alone figuring that the market would have risen higher - hence no action on the part of the bot. Once the funds were converted from BTC into USD, the bot, again thinking that the price of BTC was rising, would then buy BTC with the available USD. Yeah that's exactly my reasoning there too, market is upward trend so buying BTC is the best option if USD available. if only BTC is available hen it would just leave them alone till the EMA's cross
|
|
|
I find it helps to punch my EMA numbers into bitcoinwisdom.com & set it to display EMA lines there so I can watch & see what the bot sees & can see right when the lines cross. Then I can know when to expect an 'imminent' email from the bot.
Yep I agree, I do the same on bitcoinwisdom with EMA's

"not finding much I pushed the button to enable the UEFI bios and wrote over it with the bios of the good card" From what I understood, he said he wrote over the UEFI bios on the BAD card with the bios from the GOOD card, and then the card failed to boot. So he must know to use ATIFlash

I have the 1M long version and notice no problems. I even have the USB cables bundled together and coiled on themselves a few times, trying to antagonize something. Seems to be fine, I imagine USB 3.0 is pretty well shielded. Plus isn't pci-e 1x ~400mb/s, or about the same as usb 3.0? That e-bay seller is turning out to be a slimeball though. He seems to keep increasing the price, but still hasn't shipped the cables I ordered days ago at a lower price. A real bummer, only place to get them Hi Mate what PCI-E to USB3.0 part were you referring too?? I can only find something like this ( http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Combo-PCI-E-Card-Adapter-2-Ports-USB-3-0-eSATA-3-0-SATA-3-0-20-Pin-extender-/190898812868?pt=AU_Components&hash=item2c7274b7c4) Cheers Ahh ignore that i missed the link right there at the top of this page!
