3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: April 16, 2014, 07:16:47 AM
I would like to know if anyone has had this issue before?

I have a rig with 3x 7950 and 3x 6970 cards running.

Waffle only registeres the shares made from my 7950 cards, only about 200/250kh/s out of 1500khs??

Is waffle not feeding the cards any work loads or what is going on?

Just a random question, i just rebuilt one of my miners, same config as before, but 3 new cards.

In Cgminer, its showing avg of 3100mh/s, on waffle, it shows 700kh/s?? After this is after 30mins, where it should be up and counting full speed??

Naa, we have to drop ten times more to be able to taste the startup coins, great move on the ghash PW Smiley

I didnt mean start up coins, but coins that we use to mine, like earthcoin, worldcoin and so on. That we go too big to mine. We are back at around the same as the stage when i joined up. (Close. 5ghs more)

Since the pool size dropped over 50% ghs, this means we should be small enough to get back to mining more alt coins right?

Still problems with high rejects on eu server? got 5% use to be below 0,2% rej. tried restart both mining rigg and router/modem without improvment, now i switched to us.east seems to be a bit better, but eu worked flawless for me before what happened?

I did notice that 2 out of my 12 cards, had a huge reject %, but that was after a restart, reconfig of cooling setup. I will keep an eye on it.

I need to understand why my total hashrate constantly is 2mh/s lower than it really it.

I have 2 machines running making a total of 6700kh/s at the moment, and i never ever ever see my rate on the website go above 5mh/s Why is this?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: March 04, 2014, 06:52:15 PM
I like Wafflepool but despite all that bashing on MiddleCoin, could anyone explain these number to me?

Does anyone have any accurate measurements? No different days, no 4-minute switching but just identical rigs mining different pools for say a week?

-xJx-

I actually mining on both since 27th of feb 18 GMT
http://www.middlecoin.com/reports/159gu6Gme6PsRK6Y4v243dR4N7xYKJ4skX.html
http://wafflepool.com/miner/159gu6Gme6PsRK6Y4v243dR4N7xYKJ4skX#
with the same address on the same pc with two identical cards (amd 6970 - 490-500khs/each)
159gu6Gme6PsRK6Y4v243dR4N7xYKJ4skX on eu servers  0.5-0.1 % rejects
feel free to check the stats

How have the payouts been? Identical? One better then the other?

I spent all day with my biggest mining rig today, and got 300kh/s out of it, but because of many issues over the past week, my payouts have been crappy from Waffle, plus a falling rate per mhs.

What is going on with the growing hashrate, but dropping profits? Its going the wrong way...
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: HELP! struggling to make 6 gpu R9 290 rig to run on windows 7 on: February 24, 2014, 11:54:47 AM
Is there any confirmed method for this?

I have a 6GPU rig, running 2x 7950 and 4x 280x. I am running 13.1 drivers, as any drivers above 13.1 will kick out 2 GPU's, they will show up in Device manager, and i have heard, i just need to install them manually, but how, is a whole different ball park.

I know where AMD stores the drivers, well amlost, but how to move on from there, i do not know.

I had a thought, the difficulty setting in the password.

If you wrote a short scale for where to set it to, if you say server load drops with the preset (or am 100% wrong?)

Then maybe make some guide lines.

Eg. Below 500mh/s = d=xx
500 to 1500mh/s = d=xxx

Am i making sense?

I know myself, and many others have no idea what difficulty to set, and just go for the auto. (Am running 512 per your request)

I am just wondering, why unexchanged is starting to pile up?

Is due to making more coins faster now, or it due to something else?

read PW's second to last comment, or my previous post. New coins/no auto exchange/ manual trading at specific times ==> Large unexchanged.

Missed that, but thank you for summing it up for a tired user  Grin

... and why on earth are you running CGminer 3.1.0?

Same question.

I have experience only with R9 280X GPU's  with Windows 7 -64
(16 GPU,s in four rig (15 running and one GPU disabled -- waiting new fans))

CGminer 3.7.2 - Kalroth edition, works like charm (of course if settings are ok)

yes I have tried also others and with this Kalroth stability and result is best without any hassle (after find all many settings optimized). Previously MC now waffle...

It can find here: http://k-dev.net/cgminer/
Version 2014-02-04 (Windows)
3.7.2 but in run it show 3.7.3
Also it is good to least read  about  "Lantis' optimized scrypt binaries".

Please repair eu server!

My ping is too long to useast

I run Kalroth, on both my rigs, didnt see much change in rates, but what i did get was better options on adjusting my cards, since i run some cards that need 2 threads and some that need 1 thread.

Rejects have indeed gone up, but its no worse for me than being on Middlecoin, and im still within 10% of the target, and thats even with the fact that i have one of my miners crash over night.

execpt reject and stales...profit has decreased 0.008 per mh

Change to the useast server, for the time being, and why on earth are you running CGminer 3.1.0?

So far since my change over to useast, both my miners are showing 0% rejects.

I changed my miners to use the USeast servers, and it have helped a lot on the rejcts and duplicates.

I have a 2700 and 3700 running.

Set their passwords to "d=512" on each of them, you'll end up with slightly better performance (extremely marginal)

Done  Wink They have also been split.

I am sitting in UTC+1, which times (when its on time) should i see payouts?
