i don't remember, I am very carefuly with this things,  have 2fa.,  mi 2f generation be in mi mobile.  and use Yobit in mir laptop.

As far as I understand, you did not receive an email notification that someone entered your yobit account and you also did not receive an email notification that someone withdraw bitcoins from your yobit account, right?

If so, have you been able to get into your account after this sad event? and if you were able to get into your account after that robbery, did you see the trade historic and the withdrawal historic?

if you did not receive withdrawal notification email or notification email that someone logged into your account, then the theft was internal, ie yobit stole your bitcoins

Well, Op have to explain it properly. I barely can't understand the whole thing.
Like Op said have BTC8.2 and then someone sold your coins to BTC, a little bit confusing.
So, you did not have bitcoin, until someone sold your altcoin to btc? What kind of altcoin?
Then explain about second question; as you have 2fa on your mobile phone, did you receive any notification?

There are too many problems with yobit services since last year, and this case just another evidence that you should never keep coins in such shady trading platform. There is nothing you can do about it, unless you live in Russia, as yobit operated in there.

I had 5BTC, 80,000ONX, 50 BTD. for one hour, selling all the heights until they had a total of 8.2BTC and then made a withdrawal, a wallet: 161cJpPyjHjrHQbGRYfuoXBQc2MKw9Msty

I do not live in Russia but I do not rule out going there, and not making friends

Exactly, I did not receive an email to start session or withdrawal, they skipped my 2fa. and they removed my btc. The worst thing is that 4 days later I do not answer my messages of support.

You see the history as they sold the coins for 1 hour, they did not liquidate fast and they left, but they were selling at a good price for more than an hour.

Sad to hear for your losses,  bitcoin is Irreversible system so you cannot get your money back but if you can share that Address and that Transaction ID here then I think people can keep an eye on that address and can track where the money has gone. I am sure whenever the hacker will try to withdraw the money out to exchange the money somewhere then we can catch him on that spot. And I do not think yobit support is going to help you with this.

Hello,

This is the information of the transaction and the money that contains my BTC. They have not moved them from that wallet.

I appreciate everyone's support,

I am a user of yobit, I have a large volume of transactions on this platform.

On the 24th of this month someone entered my account, sold all my coins and then withdrew 8.2 BTC to a wallet that I have tracked in blockchain.

my account had all 2fa security measures. email when someone logs into my account. email when I want to make a withdrawal.

None of those measures worked, so I think they hacked Yobit and someone accessed my account by withdrawing all the funds.

3 days later yobit support has not yet answered me ....

they are the ones who have a lot of money, they earn fees constantly when we operate in their exchange, but they do not answer when someone jumps their security and steals our money .....

yobit must cover if it has problems in its continuity and steal money from people like us.

It is not a problem for yobit that hackers exist but it is if those hackjers take their customers' money.

I still await response and help from yobit.net

Why is it going to be my fault?
Don't you know what's the reputation of yobit? your fault is that you trusted them with this amount of bitcoin. If I were you, I'm not going to put all of that bitcoins on them. I may do some trades with them but not with that big. You had activated the 2FA feature of your account and yet you haven't received any withdrawal notification on your email? I think there is something wrong with your account or you've been compromised.

I did not use yobit or my devices on those days because I was on a 30 hour plane business trip. all measures of security were skipped, everything points to hacking a yobit, they are the ones who keep our money, they should cover if someone hacks and steals them

because the dice that was not Yobit's fault? why do you think it was my fault?

my coins were in yobit, I did not use my computer or my cell that day since I was traveling, and when I go back to yobit someone has skipped security and has emptied my account, none of the security features of yobit worked. Why is it going to be my fault?

Of course there is evidence, sales are sold in the historical and you can withdraw a wallet. that day I was flying by plane, and I did not get any notice from yobit, neither when they logged in nor when they made the withdrawl, nor did yobit tell me the IP where they were logged.

that amount of money was in yobit because he was trading currencies that are only in that echange.

Hello,

Two days ago I had 8.2BTC stolen from my account on yobit.net. the account had activated the 2f and notices to my email when someone loguea and makes a withdrawl.

even so someone between two days ago, sold all my coins to BTC and made a withdrawl to a wallet which I have identified in blockchain explorer.

Does anyone know what else I can do? yobit's support service has not yet answered me and I do not understand how they can overcome all these security measures.
