1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Something is Wrong with Devtome - Could be a Scam - Unthinkingbit Please Read on: July 15, 2013, 09:38:48 PM
I know that I am kind of new here, but I ask you to take me seriously anyway. As soon as I joined I heard about devtome and thought it was a great thing so I requested an account and started writing. I wrote thousands and thousands of words in my account which took me many hours (my profile at devtome is http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=wiki:user:scriptsave, you can see what I have written there). About 2 days after I wrote my words I noticed that I was still not on the earnings spreadsheet which counts words written so I contacted weisoq, one of the admins at devtome. He told me not to worry and said I would be added to the round 25 earnings spreadsheet. Since block 97.3k (the cutoff for round 25) was still a while away, I did as he asked and did not worry. However, a few days later, I was not on the spreadsheet and I began to worry so I PMed weisoq again and he said not to worry again because they always do a "final check". Finally, block 97.3k came and went and I still was not added to the spreadsheet.

In conclusion, I wrote for many many hours and never got credit for my words. I have since contacted weisoq many more times and he continues to ignore me. The earnings spreadsheet that I was never included on can be found here: http://d.evco.in/charity/devtome_earnings_25.csv.

Here are the PMs exchanged between weisoq and myself in case anyone doesn't believe me:
