1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CoinPrize.com | Win LOTS of Bitcoins in NASDAQ stock forecast! on: September 25, 2013, 08:11:44 PM
So, I won a bet once and payout was fine.. then I won a bet again yesterday and the payout was supposed to be happening at midnight but I still did not get the payment and it's also not on the website yet?

Got your conversation on facebook, your payout actually has been sent and with 108 confirmations from the network. It's most likely because mcxnow you used is sharing private key or public keys for all accounts. therefore, addresses are shared. Please ask mcxnow for details and prevent using online wallet that are sharing private keys for all accounts.

It's the best challenge for you to forecast the price trend in September!
It's a key point.

It was a key point indeed  Wink

I was so busy these days.
Lots of work to do in the beginning of September.  Undecided

So I didn't pay close attention to bitcoin.

Then I go back to see the price trend now.

Feel a bit surprised.
 Right?  Roll Eyes

Rose up to nearly 150 USD.
And not drop to 130 USD again.

It seems that it's a good beginning for the price trend of BTC.  Grin

Where is the opensource script? Will you expose all the random numbers generated on the server? Are they uniform/fair, did you check that?

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gigaom NEWS: Feds seized $2.9M in Bitcoin funds from Mt. Gox, court docs show on: August 20, 2013, 09:37:02 PM
Well, some quick math... Mt.Gox does volume of around 22490 BTC (current) multiplied by $100 equals $2,249,000 in daily trades. Their trade fee is 0.6% which is $13,494 but multiplied by 2 since they charge on both buy/sell side equals 26,988 daily revenue multiplied by 30 days is about $809,640 clear revenue per month.

They don't need to advertise and their hosting costs I'm sure are a small fraction of that. Holding up $2.9M of theirs would be an unfortunate blow, but I don't believe detrimental.

Hope what you said is true, we are only guessing that wouldn't be a big issue.
I just wish BTC price will never flows in big wave any more. We need it to be stablized.

stabilized bitcoin? not in any foreseeable future, it's going to wildly fluctuate until our 'bitcoin market cap' increases many many times over from what it's now, the ride is going to be bumpy. anyone entering bitcoin should be aware and prepared for bitcoin's unstable value property for at least a few years ahead from now.

For the sake of Bitcoin as a currency instead of commodity, we need it to be some kind of stable. Aren't we? Unless you only want to benefit from buying/selling like other financial assets.

Invest with as little as 0.1 BTC, 24/7/365, unbounded returns, the more who buy opposite us you the more you earn.

At the end of August the price will be 125 at MtGox, still a lot of USD needs to be exchanged for BTC there

It seems that the time for bitcoin to reach 125 USD would be a little earlier than you think.

Now it had already reached 123.
And rose fast during the past 3 days.

Will the August give us a big surprise?

We still have more than 10 days for forecasting.   Roll Eyes

Trade bitcoins in NASDAQ binary option, it's simple and it's trusted by thousands of players.

We are proud to say that coinprize.com is the first and the most popular stock binary option platform using bitcoins, and we are the  most robust and secure binary option platform. Most importantly, coinprize.com is transparent from start to end, you know how much you gain and where those bitcoins come from (opposite players), and every investment is list on website in the "Recents" section and is public for everyone, and you are anonymous to public as well, simply because we don't offer registration, we don't track players, we use the same concept of satoshidice.com: when you win, we send your bitcoins back to your input address which is the only information we get from bitcoin blockchain.
We are so proud to be the creator of such platform and we are continuously working hard to offer a better platform day by day, step by step.

Thank you for all investors that are already engaged in, thank you very much!
Best,
All members of CoinPrize.com

So is your yahoo finance data delayed by 15 minutes or is it real time?

CoinPrize binary option only utilize the close price of trading days, and you are investing with other player that choose the opposite prediction as you, the platform gives both sides one day to accumulate more players get involved, and winners gets all bitcoins from the failed opposite players.
Here’s how it works: For each round, given the last close price available at the moment you played, you predict increase or decrease on the close price of the given forecasting date. If the close price of forecasting date is higher or lower than the last close price just like what you predicted, you win.

interesting, looks nice
why the Nasdaq (volume? a contrast to bitcoin?) would you do this at some point with a bitcoin exchange?

Yes, we have plans adding bitcoin exchange and stocks from other countries like UK, JP and China or even europe.
Last time i checked UK was located in Europe...
Maby you mean other European country's to ?

UK is located in UK but UK is also separated from the mainland by ocean, isn't it?
