1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NoLimitCoin NLC for Fantasy Sports Game [SHA256d][PoW/PoS][ICO] on: November 29, 2017, 07:11:07 PM
I love that this coin has an actual functioning product and strong fundamentals and have been invested since July,

BUT

The constant late delivery of things on the timeline though is worrying.
Also, people going apeshit on anyone in the community who points this out does not help the community at all.
Do not be emotionally attached to your investment.

No idea, concept or coin is above discussion, criticism or critical thinking.
Open discussion improves the community, shouting down anyone who provides a criticism does not.

Thanks for the weekly update team, keep up the good work!

Been invested in ONION since $0.47 USD based on the strong fundamentals of the coin but have never been involved in or seen the community.

Having viewed this thread I have to say that I am happy there is such participation,
but honestly, a lot of the content of this thread ranges from substandard to terrible.

Community participation is great, but it seems as if a lot of posts are purely for the purpose of upping a persons post count or just adding to the thread (shilling) without adding any quality discussion or anything of value really.

I believe in this coin based on the technology, but I think that this kind of communication does more harm than good for the common uptake and usage of the coin.
It makes the community seem more juvenile and devalues the seriously impressive technological aspects of the coin in my opinion.

I'm open to hearing other points of view on this.
3  Economy / Services / Re: Gambling startup on: November 29, 2017, 06:13:04 PM
I have 6 years experience working with startups and all I can say is that this does not come across as legitimate or professional in any way.

A  bit of advice;
If you actually have a legitimate project, flesh out your post with details.
As many details as you can give about the project itself and what you require.

Otherwise you will not attract any worthwhile talent to your project (IF it is even real).
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know which bounty campaigns should i join ?? on: November 29, 2017, 06:04:32 PM
First off, you will not earn $1000 USD a month from bounties.

Please make sure that if you participate in Bounties that you are not just supporting and shilling some shitcoin that pays you a lot of tokens that will be worth nothing in the long run.

Support projects that you have done a lot of research on, have strong fundamentals and believe in their vision.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Is Really A Good Investment or Not? on: November 29, 2017, 05:57:17 PM
The thing for you to consider about investing in ICO's is that they are potentially extremely risky investments.
Not only are there scam ICO's which will just take your money, the vast of ICO's will fail or devalue over time.
This is why it is important to do a lot of your own research into any ICO's you are thinking of potentially investing in.

DO NOT just take the advice of random strangers on the internet about how to invest your money.

Look for projects that have a solid development team, a clear vision and time frame laid out for delivering that vision, a product or service that has a real world application and hopefully a unique one as well.

Do your research.
DO NOT invest any money that you are not willing to lose.
