You dont need 2x 'stratum+tcp://'... Remove one.

I start mining with bfgminer but got alot rejected. Is it because I'm mining on X11 algorithm? If so, how to fix this? Thank you.

Announce that the 7th round will raise to limit 200 UCH per account. They think this may attract more BTC and ETH to deposit but this also mean this will scare the investors, plus they turned off withdraw function, now we can only wait and see what gonna happen after ICO.
