I registered at Qryptos on 2018/01/01 and in Qryptos Help Center it says it takes 1-2 working days to get verified. it is 2018/01/05 and my verification is still pending.
I sent e-mail to support@quoine.com (my request ID is 108411, but I can't even log in to quoine.zendesk.com to see it, my credentials doesn't work there...), panda@quoine.com and katherine.ng@quoine.com. I also wrote to SR - QUOINE| MKT & CM on Telegram, but no answer. Can you take a look at it and solve it please?

I want to use your double spend tool, but it keeps displaying error

I sent MAID tokens + BTC (fee) to my Binance BTC address (I know, idiot..) and I need to "cancel" that transaction. It is still unconfirmed so my only option is to double spend it. Please can you help me? Thank you.

Hi,

I had my MAID coins on my paper wallet with some BTC for transaction fee. I wanted to transfer MAID coins but I am idiot and I stopped thinking and I send it to my Binance BTC wallet address. Is it possible to cancel the transaction (to reverse it back to my original omniwallet address) or did I just lose all of it?
