I ordered a membership from btcQuick on 7-4-13. I got an email a couple hours later asking for more information which I provided later that night. Since then I have not heard anything from them. I have submitted a help ticket on their website and emailed their customer service. They have a support thread on this forum which is monitored by their team regularly but because I'm a newbie I can't actually post there. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
