On Tuesday, July 2nd 2013. At approximately 11:00AM est.
Bitcoins were purchased through BitInstant via cash deposit to email. Upon receiving the ZipZap confirmation and Transaction ID: 9eb8ea43-d905-4384-91bc-e3a25b9c6b6e, the usual Coinapult email with link was also received.
Then clicking the link and proceeding to send the coins directly to a bitcoin address.
FUNDS SENT* message
But the coins were never received on the other end. Checking Blockchain showed no record of funds being sent.
After waiting over 48 hours, support via Coinapult form was filed.
After another 12 hours later and BitInstant support was contacted.
Received a reply from BitInstant 24 hours later asking for my transaction ID, which was given promptly.
Still waiting for further reply and this was over 48 hours since last response.
