I can't decide whether or not I should buy a product from Bitmain. I really want to get into mining.

For the most part, reviews of Bitmain have hardly been above horrendous. Review after review I see that people run into big issues. Issues that cause them to lose completely out on their investment. On top of that I read about Shoddy ethics. Overall I have no idea of what to make of this, and I'm looking for personal opinions.

If you have ordered from the (actual) Bitmain website, how would you rate their reliability on:

1. Expectations of delivery date
2. Condition of delivered package
3. Quality of product performance
4. Longevity of product

Before I truly consider going through with a purchase, I need far more confidence in the company itself. I need real answers from people who have ordered from the source itself.
