Hi everybody here and livecoin support team.

I am a client of livecoin.net since a couple of weeks. Since Tuesday this week i have no more access to my livecoin account because of IP Blocking. My router got a new public IP address, because on Monday the router had switched off for a short time. The new IP address is not registered with Livecoin yet. So access to my livecoin account was rejected. On Tuesday morning, I wrote an email to help@livecoin.net. I have no answer so far. I don't know if I can still get an answer... Below the text of my email to Livecoin. Can you help, please? Thanks a lot for advance.


My Email from Tuesday 28th:
"Hello. I am a customer of this e-mail address at Livecoin. My account is blocked by Livecoin because of my IP that  changed this night. My internet provider changes the IP address regularly for security reasons. I have money and BTC on Livecoin and need access again today. Can you give me access to my account and can you please cancel the ip restiktionen of my account generally? Many thanks for helping meRegards.Jens Adler"
