Error 502 Bad gateway Yes, we are working to restore the connection. I'll provide an update when I have more information. Wouldn't hurt to tweet or reddit about having an issue. Ppl without any info might get nervous, especially now that we had another bankruptcy news from out of nowhere.

So has anybody heard anything about LRM or Zach or will one just walk away with all of our funding and hardware in hand??
|
|
|
I've just reported to moderators to open the LR's last thread as Zach just tries to avoid answering about companies asset distribution in hope just to keep all the hardware and so on... disappointing.
|
|
|
Oh well, tnx for the ride anyway. What about the assets? Sell the hardware and distribut between contractholders?

according to blockchain LRM is still receiving payments from MegaBigPower so he has em coins

Gotta love the no bonus payout.
The people getting screwed by LRM are also paying his legal fees for him to defend screwing us.
Long past time to recognize a bad investment, soak the loss, and watch LRM be razed to the ground in court.
what I was thinking... funny though how Laby removed his post where he stated in other words that no matter what (lose or win in court) he won't lose a thing but we the investors in other hand will lose big time

|
so no more payouts ?? todays are missing already...

Thanks Zach - I knew you'd come good.
WOW lol, ignorance is bliss!!

I think something not correct with my div...i got like 15 times more compared to last time.
What's your per-contract payment? If you converted to the new contract, it should be roughly 0.000666 BTC. grnbrg. hmm yea that might be correct...but why around 15 times more compared to last time? whatever... Seriously thats way wrong, he never explained anything at all of this. I got paid 0.00004, 15 times less, without a single word on what he was planning.
0.0086 against 0.13 for those to accepted the shady unclear and unexplained new contract.
Just wanted to come here to APPLAUSE for LabLatMining, what a true fuc*ing awesome way to treat investors. If someone should start a legal issue against LRM i would be glad to finance the action. From this day on i would like to see LRM closed for good, hardware distributed and remaining funds returned to they're rightful owners.

Zach do get a refund when we accept the new contract.
Refund Policy: This policy applies to all of our purchases with Lab Rat Data Processing, L.L.C. sold through our website, EBay or any other means. We have a 7 day cooling off period where Refunds are available. After your purchase is completed and 7 days have passed ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL Please make sure you understand this. By purchasing from us you agree to this 7 day Refund Policy.
So when i accept the new contract will i be treated as a new customer with a new purchase and will i be able to get a refund for my purchase ??

Ok, after all this BS that we got forced to read and see.
Who's starting the lawsuit to dismantle LRM and prosecute Mr. Lab_Rat for fraud, breaching of contract, and any other goodies he put himself into?
I'm in.
This was the original offering: Of the hardware bought, 25% will be for the company, and mine for expenses and new hardware acquisitions. The remaining 75% will pay customer dividends.-
Any way to twist wording to make it appear like you're the saint and saviour offering 300mhz its just a shovel of dirt in your head.
+1 for lawsuit unless: LabRat im not asking you to return my BTC but i'd like to get the equivalent amount of bitfury mining gear, so i have 162 shares and i bought them @ 0,15 per pc, that makes 24,3 BTC. Taking todays Bitstamp rate its approx 11k dollars which when looking at bitfuryin price in EU would be about 2,5TH worth of mining gear so you would only have to send me 6 bitfury full kits (H-cards x16, motherboard, rasp, sd card) x6.
Please contact me as soon as possible.

I'd like to know if LRM would buy back bonds from investors and at what price. If not, then why? It has become obvious that trade between investors will never happen again and pls trolls don't be naive. And to hope that there will ever be new investors is just ....a dream. And there is no need to talk about that its all about the price, i believe this question is in majority of investors (bond/sheerholders) head because we are all just tied to LRM at the moment without the possibility to get any reasonable amount of the investment back.

Is it only me or ...., every time we read anything about Gox we hear a litle from Rat and now that Gox has filed for liquidation suddenly Rat has the documents in hand I seriously hope that i'm wrong about this but may god give us strength if im right and all our funds are flushed and that 18TH is all we ever going to see. Mt. Gox did not effect LRM.
The trading platform is still being worked on. It's in Alpha testing, but it is not owned, operated, or affiliated with LRM.
I can assure you I wasn't stupid enough to hold funds on any exchange and I'm still not. I manage all priv keys used. I believe you understand if I don't take your word very seriously only because you have had all our funds in hand from the day 1 but we do not see the gear that was promised months ago mining for us, not to mention that bitfury still has equipment in stock ready to ship over night. So....yeah.

grnbrg, has there been any communication with LabRat? He's been incommunicado for two weeks...
Yes, I've exchanged a couple of emails with him. Not much to share, other than waiting for hardware. I know we've got a large Monarch order coming, and news from BFL is looking good on that. 'End of December.' Riiiiiiiight.... grnbrg. Well, with all the respect i'd say Monarch my ass!!! quoting BFL announcement from 18 Feb: Chip testing is still in process. There is currently no reports of problems with the chip bring up, but it's been hampered by the wire bonding being a severely limiting factor in being able to adequately test the chip. To that end, the finished/packaged chips have been delivered to the testing facility this evening. Testing of the fully packaged chips is projected to begin on Wednesday the 19th. This should make testing both easier, faster and more accurate. It will ultimately give us the initial maximum hashrate and power draw of the chips. This process could take anywhere from 1 day to a week or more - until testing is started, its hard to say what is required to finish the testing. If everything works first time around, then it doesn't take long. If there are things that need to be examined closer, it can cause the testing to take longer. I will update again when there is a change in status. So my wild guess would be that we wont see any monarch's till mid summer. Prove me wrong. We have been through this in the past, the production blabla is just copy/paste from the Little singles and singles project.
