how to steal 5 million dollars worth of Bitcoin from your users (the number could be easily 10 times that) and get away with it
well, Roman Shytlman has refused to refund any BTC that was on his exchange after he chose to take his trading platform, Bitfloor, down.
He was not hacked. I am not talking about the Bitfloor hack. I am talking about a year later, when whe banks simply deemed him too risky to do business with, when he CHOOSE to take Bitfloor down
He acknowledged he had to refund users with USD on his platform, and did so but those of us with Bitcoin, he has simply chosen to ignore.
And he has until now gotten away with it with not a single article on the internet, and only a few mentions on this board. No one has written about it.
A theft of millions of dollars worth of bitcoin, and nothing. Its enough to make me depressed at the state of the world.
I am one of 29 people who slowly found other victims on reddit and we alone are owed a total of more than 5 million and we are just 29 people...think of how many others are out there.
No doubt his is sitting on his hard drives, waiting for the dust to settle, 400 BTC (or isit a 1000? who really knows) that he stole from his users growing in value

There is a lawsuit forming against Roman We are 29 people, with over 5 million USD worth of bitcoin that was stolen by Roman. We are not hack victims. We are a group of people who bought bitcoin from Bitfloor right before Roman chose to take his site down.
I have spoken to Roman personally. He remains defiant and aggressive. There was no reasoning with him At a certain point you think he would consider it wise to clear his name, address the issue. The entire conversation he just repeated "I cant disclose anything to you" or "I cant say" and then he mumbled something about talking to his lawyer but he refused to name who said lawyer was when asked.

I represent a group of 25 29 victims of the 2013 Bitfloor closure (specifically the closure, not the "hack")
We are aligning as a group and would love to connect with other victims.
Roman Shytlman continues to be 100% uncooperative, as if we will just go away. Amusing and naive.
Collectively we have raised over 30k towards a lawyer, plus nearly 75BTC in contingency These numbers are growing every day, with every new victim that join us. The number of bitcoins Roman has refused to return numbers well over 650BTC
The FBI is also being involved (which would be a rather affordable outcome! ad *evil grin*)
I am organizing the group. I am willing to be 100% transparent. I want justice. I can be reached directly at d e si g n . e a s t b a y at gmail (remove the spaces)
I look forward to hearing from you

this topic is not dead
there are 25 of us communicating off site, all victims of Roman Shytlman and his closure of Bitfloor in 2013 when Roman CHOOSE to shut down bitfloor because the Bank of America would not do business with him anymore
(just to be clear, we are not hack victims)
a lawsuit is forming though contacting the FBI might be more fruitful.
seriously, fuck Roman.
And Roman, if you are reading this, may be time to make a statement? or are you going to continue to pretend this isn't happening? what do you think is going to happen as BTC really skyrockets, and you owe millions to many individuals you screwed?
we know our BTC wasnt lost or hacked, you have simply held on to it thinking there were no consequences.
