Face the truth! Masternode will never come! Dev is a con man! Incompetent and no coding skills in my opinion. Probably he hired a coder with initial earnings. Dev is only able to refactor the website from time to time. To run a successful blockchain project this is not enough! The project looked promising, but we all got duped!!! Merry Christmas

Seriously!!! 38.7% premine!!! That's the worst I've ever seen!!!

Has the wallet of Panda Cash safe to download and install? I want to mine the coin, but would like to make sure that the wallet is safe one.
Wallet is working fine and safe!

Did the POW phase already start? Where can I find information about mining?

Played around with the wallet. Works fine. Wallet is looking nice. Transaction is very fast. From a technical perspective not a bad start ;-)

Is anyone able to withdraw Shield from CoinExchange? When I try to withdraw I get this error:
Error: Invalid withdrawal address entered.
I created the address in Shield Core wallet v3.0.3.0 x64.
I had the same problem. I found the following workaround: Use an old address from a transaction from the old wallet. You can find such addresses in the "History" tab of your wallet. This did the job for me. I'm not sure but I think with the old version XSH addresses started with "S". This seems not to be case for the wallet 3.0 anymore. I assume CE still has a check active, and refuses withdrawals with addresses not starting with "S". But this is pure speculation :-)

I'm worrying now for the first time about this project. The new wallet at CoinExchange.io is in maintenance mode for weeks. Dev strongly recommended to use mainly this exchange, and to ignore Stocks.Exchange. Maybe CoinExchange.io is not the best option at all. I’m losing trust into this exchange. Also the market trend of XSH is worrying me. If the wallet at CoinExchange.io is not updated the next days, I’m probably going to sell all my coins (it’s a lot!), and skip this project. I hope this won’t be necessary.
The reason why we told people to use coinexchange over stocks.exchange is because some people in our community lost coins using stocks.exchange and it didn't work as good as coinexchange. We've contacted coinexchange a few times about the wallet, and like many of our community members, they told us that they're working on it. It's weird that an exchange that isn't responding quickly makes you turn away from SHIELD as we don't actually have that much influence on our exchange but of course you can do with your coins what you want, in the end they're yours I agree this may sound weird, at least at first glance ;-) Let me explain it to you. When investing in crypto currencies I'm always checking several characteristics. One very important attribute for me is "liquidity". I want to be able to buy or sell coins at any time! When markets change unexpectedly, I don't want to be stuck with my coins. If exchange wallets are now offline for a long time, this criteria is not met anymore, meaning I cannot deposit nor withdraw my coins. This is a risk I don't want to take, especially not when invested a lot of money. SHIELD may be one of the best altcoins available currently. It has great potential. But since the amount of exchanges is limited, I have to evaluate carefully taking that risk.

No reasons to be nervous! I guess Dev shifted priorities lately. Dev worked on Shield 3.0 (updating XSH to Bitcoin Core 0.16). This move was necessary to get away from the original forked Verge code. As you may know Verge experienced a 51 % attack lately. So moving away from the Verge code is a good thing. I just downloaded the new wallet 3.0. Up to now everything works just fine. So Dev did a great job! They have my full trust. I'm pretty sure they will catch up soon with the roadmap. So I wouldn't worry too much

The news won't affect us, or not that much. First of all we're not listed on any big Japanese exchanges so we're not going to get delisted either. We're also working on a system that gives us optional privacy to make it possible for big exchanges to turn down private transactions. Lately I was also giving thought to the Japanese decision to delist privacy coins. I'm pretty sure more countries and exchanges will follow. I was hoping that somehow optional privacy will be implemented. You Shield guys rock! You're doing everything right at the moment I love this coin!

XSH will rocket so hard with Masternodes coming Q2
Yep! Can't wait!

The XSH team will create a new paradigm through this project. XSH is solving the problems that cannot be solved in the block chain.
HUH? can you explain further? I'm interested, too

We do not need binance, we need the final product, than SC will have the real value Untill than, are all speculations So, dear devs, do your best to finalize the roadmap asap :-)
Agreed, SIA is a longterm hold for me too. It has been a bumpy road so far with many ups and downs, but in the end i firmly believe in Siacoin, thats why I dont think of selling anytime soon. I believe that it will pay off in the future to be a holder of SIA. Constant updates from the devs and a strong community, many coins/ tokens could wish for this. Weak hands will regret for having sold early. too long. you can wait your whole life and not wait. 16 months I waited for the price at least approached 0.5 cents and did not wait. during these periods, other currencies have made great strides. SIACOIN it's a snail. dates are a long-term prospect, but you will have to wait at least 1 year. I think you are a dreamer, SIA no doubt is one of the good projects in the space, but if you are trying to look at the price of the token and not the marketcap you are not seeing the whole picture, the numbers of tokens in circulation is huge and this would definitely affect the price of each tokens ripple coin has more toxins than SIACOIN, but its price reached$3.81. what do you say to that? do not "ripple" here please :-) we are talking about real Cryptos Consolidation in the crypto market is still ongoing. I even expect a worsening of the situation. Not many alt coins will survive at the end. SIA could be one of the few exceptions.

Hey guys are you dumping this coin. Its constantly downstream. Maybe you need cheep coin for mosternode. I agree this is really weird. The whole crypto market is very bullish right now. The downside trend of Shield is hard to explain. Project is well on track, no bad news around. Maybe the scammers from CoinsMarkets exchange are selling even more Shield coins they stole from their users. This happened already in the past where they sold millions of coins, see the proof below: https://medium.com/@SHIELDcurrency/statement-regarding-coinsmarkets-1adad3df3825Hope this soon comes to an end.

I read in a forum that XSH is going to have a DAG as a sidechain. If this is true, this can be huge. Can someone confirm?
Based on what NullFunction said last night, DAG is being prototyped for future extensions and they are also prototyping Apps that integrate into the webwallet. Very exciting and definitely makes this coin a market changer in cryptos. A new webwallet is being released on March 7, which will have 2FA and if I remember right also the ability to manage private keys. A bunch of good stuff and that’s all before Implementing masternodes. Leading DAG into SHIELD will be a major event. In addition to MN, TOR, and other technologies, DAG will be an unrivalled power source for XSH to take off again. In 2018, DAG will be a hot spot and focus! Can someone explain me was DAG is? has something to do with Ethereum? thank you in advance DAG works differently than the blockchain. Where the blockchain requires e.g. Proof of Work from miners on each transaction the DAG gets around this by getting rid of the block entirely. Instead, DAG transactions are linked from one to another, meaning one transaction confirms the next and so on. These links are where the term DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) comes from. Look up Directed Acyclic Graph in Wikipedia for the mathematical details. Theoretically DAG does show advantages over the blockchain at nearly every level. But using a DAG system involves also many risks, mainly lack of experience. The most popular DAG coins so far are IOTA and Byteball. Directed acyclic graphs should be quantum resistant. I think that's the reason why Dev is trying to implemented DAG. Because that's their goal, to develop a quantum resistant coin.

Does this forum still have any meaning? All those positive comments coming from the bounty program are just annoying. What a waste of disk space!

I don't know why any comment that talks about the bad situation of the price of this coin is banned and deleted... At this moment this coin doesn't seem to have a good future...the price is almost 0...this is a reality and we should talk freely about it without censorship...
High POS coins never have a good future. It's called inflation!!!
