Hallo Leute,
besteht hier Interesse an 7x Antminer S1 inklusive 12 Volt (Server-)Netzteil? Sind bis vor Weihnachten noch alle gelaufen.

Mhh, das ist schade, die Samen sind aber alle von den gleichen Pflanzen zum selben Zeitpunkt geerntet worden. Vielleicht mochten sie das Anzuchtsubstrat aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht. Wenn Du willst kann ich Dir gerne nochmal ein Päckchen schicken, müsstest mir dann nochmal die Postanschrift senden (lösche die nach Versand standardmäßig) - solltest dann aber am besten gleich mit dem neuen Anzuchtversuch beginnen. Nope, habe noch welche - trotzdem Danke für das Angebot. Hatte übrigens als Substrat Compo Sana Anzuchterde verwendet. |

Wie sieht's bei Euch aus? Habt Ihr auch schon mit der Aufzucht begonnen?
Ja, aber erfolglos. Nach drei Wochen hab' ich aufgegeben, nicht ein Samen hat gekeimt... Macht aber überhaupt nix, denn dafür haben alle (!) Chilisamen gekeimt! Mein bestes Ergebnis bisher!  |

You shouldn't need multiple instances of cgminer. The current version of cgminer works fine with both of these devices at the same time by default without any special flags or multiple instances.
My rig is now running smoothly with a single instance of 4.2.1. |

I had the same problem but used a different approach: I've changed the internal USB serial number using Silabs' CP21xxCustomizationUtility (which is available in AN721: http://www.silabs.com/Support%20Documents/Software/an721sw.zip) to, let's say, 1337. To detect which device number my U1 is, I'm executing this command: dmesg | grep "SerialNumber: 1337" -B 5 | grep "device number [0-9]*" This will output something like this: [ 5753.262747] usb 1-1.3.1.1: new full-speed USB device number 13 using dwc_otg And bingo, there's the device number which I then use for cgminers' --usb switch. |

It does get hot. Hotter than normal? Could be a short circuit then. Measure the resistance between VCC and GND. |

only if it more than .05 NMC if so, just change the distribution threshold. It's actually below 0.05 NMC.  |

I assume that it is to power the on board Linux OrSOC device?
It looks like a Beaglebone. Further, the cut-out to the left looks as though it might be for a rPi. You could be right, here's a comparison:  Also note the round edges. |

Nochmal: Muss ich nen ATX Netzteil zerruppen oder gibt es eine elegantere Lösung?
Stückchen Draht am ATX-Stecker zwischen PS_ON und GND, und schon läuft das Netzteil, auch ohne Computer. |

Wie gesagt, sobald ich wieder Geräte habe geht es weiter.  Steht direkt eine Zeile darunter.  Nachdem wohl doch Bedarf an pre-order besteht testen wir des jetzt mal mit den blades (alte version) 12,5 BTC Wo wird denn der Unterschied zwischen old und new blade sein? Angeblich USB statt Ethernet und 13 GH/s fest ohne Overclocking. |
