I'm having trouble getting hold of livecoin support.
I had the ip whitelist turned on and my ip got reset by my ISP, so I'm locked out from my account.
As per the instruction on the livecoin wesite, I sent an email to the helpdesk and have received an email after 2 days asking for me to confirm the last deposit, which I did.
But since then I had no reply and has been 10 days.
Can anyone from livecoin on this thread help me out please?
