Hi, I'm trying to run a mining pool for my new altcoin using CoiniumServ pool. Its configuration is almost done except 3 variables - "targetTime", "retargetTime" and "variancePercent" Link to manual: https://github.com/bonesoul/CoiniumServ/wiki/Configuration-old# targetTime: try to get a single share per this many seconds from miner. # retargetTime: retarget a miners difficulty ever this many seconds. # variancePercent: allow difficulty for a miner to vary this percent without retargeting. My coin has difficulty 0.0000..... nothing (new coin, no mined blocks except genesis) and block time is set to 1 minute. Any suggestions, please? Thank you.

How do you know that GPU mining is slower than CPU mining when there's no GPU miner for YescryptR16? I would like to see some evidence, otherwise developer can own GPU miner that's much faster than our CPUs.

I've just made some hashrate benchmarks on different CPUs for YescryptR16 using cpuminer-opt 3.8.1:
Intel Core i7-7700 - 4 core @ 4 GHz 1150 H/s AMD Ryzen 5 1600 - 6 core OC @ 3.8 GHz 1128 H/s Intel Core i7-4790K - 4 core @ 4 GHz 1050 H/s AMD Ryzen 5 1600 - 6 core @ 3.2 GHz 900 H/s Intel Xeon E5-2696 v2 - 12 core @ 2.5 GHz 775 H/s Intel Xeon E5-2695 v2 - 12 core @ 2.4 GHz 735 H/s Intel Xeon E5-2620 v2 - 6 core @ 2.1 GHz 719 H/s Intel Xeon E5-2620 v1 - 6 core @ 2 GHz 610 H/s AMD FX-8350 - 8 core @ 4 GHz 458 H/s Intel Core i5-4310U - 2 core @ 2 GHz 345 H/s Intel Core i5-4210U - 2 core @ 1.7 GHz 325 H/s Intel Core i3-5010U - 2 core @ 2.1 GHz 297 H/s

Ok thanks, but my question was wich one of these exe of cpuminer will be the best cpuminer-sse42 cpuminer-4way cpuminer-aes-avx2 cpuminer-sse2 ... cpuminer-sse2 When I use 4way it gives the same hashrate and the miner opts for sse2. what cpu do u have? ok on a 4770 cpuminer-aes-avx2 is the best, i think it still uses sse2 to mine though because the yescryptr16 can only use sse2 and sha extensions to improve hash rates do not use AVX2, rather use SSE2 instead - it's a bit faster.

Finaly I've got my coins from Stocks.exchange, but it took them more than 24 hours. I hope YTN will be listed on better exchanges soon.

How do you mine this coin? i keep getting the message "D:\Mining\Yenten\Miner>minerd -o stratum+tcp://mining.bunnymining.work:20333 -u **** -p **** Try `minerd --help' for more information." every time i try to start the miner. Don't use minerd, try cpuminer-opt instead, it's 10 - 20% faster and works OK.

By the way, I can help you improve the web design, if you are interested.
Get lost, design is perfect well, maybe you're right, it's original for sure. And I like that music!

That's great! Thank you very much. Do you plan to release mobile wallet too? By the way, I can help you improve the web design, if you are interested.

I think it ran witheverything the twitter account disapper Seems like there is the same problem with Stocks.exchange. I'm waiting more than 17 hours for transaction.

I'm trying to get YenTen from Stocks.exchange to my wallet since yesterday afternoon, it's in "APPROVED" state for 17 hours now and nothing happens. Transaction is not yet in blockchain. Does anyone have the same problem?
What's keeping YenTen so low are those shitty exchanges. YenTen developer, please try to get YTN to new exchanges or start your own.
Thanks.

Hey guys, I'll start mining Yenten soon, but my computer is not really powerful... I only have an "average" Core I5, from 2 years ago. How mane Yenten per day you think I can mine ? Thanks Depends on i5 model. My 4 core i5 @ 3.3 GHz gives 750 - 800 H/s with cpuminer-opt (cpuminer-sse2.exe) which is about 7 - 8 YTN / day. But it still changes depending on difficulty. Last 2 days seem like difficulty went a bit up. Just start mining and you'll see hash rate and difficulty in few secs. Just start mining and take a look at what you gained after 24 or 48 hours. How does cpuminer compare to wallet mining hashrate? cpuminer-opt allows pool mining and is a bit faster, because its code optimization.

Question: I've sent some BTC to Stocks.exchange to buy some YTN, but even after 25 confirmations (more than 5 hours) it's still in "PROCESSING" state. Any ideas? Thanks.

I also have i7 @ 4 GHz (4 core) and it gets about 10 - 11 / day. Other i5 @ 3.3 GHz gets about 7 - 8 / day, but diff is bigger now, so it'll be like 5 - 7 / day
