1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: October 14, 2022, 10:03:59 AM
YES THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO ENDED UP SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY ON DRAKE PROMOTIONS AND NOW HAVE TO SCAM SOME PLAYERS TO COVER THE LOSS. SHAME
Your negative reputation says otherwise. Why is it so painful for dishonest people to lose their "profits" for once. Stunna already made explanations about this, and it seems like you are just trying to keep a blind eye to them

They have not finished the match-fixing investigation for 1 year and I am wrong? There's a limit to how much you suck someone's balls

Keep sucking, they might drop you an extra bonus .. but don't forget to beg them via DM else Stunna may not notice .. too many guys sucking their ass

YES THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO ENDED UP SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY ON DRAKE PROMOTIONS AND NOW HAVE TO SCAM SOME PLAYERS TO COVER THE LOSS. SHAME

You are pathetic.

Stake is pathetic for holding my funds without any reason and not being able to verify their claims for 1 year
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake holding my balance $70,000 claiming ODDS PROVIDER INVESTIGATION on: October 12, 2022, 07:15:17 AM
Isn't 6 months enough for an investigation to commence?
Apparently not. But that's not surprising: match fixing is a crime, which means there's a criminal investigation, which means the government is involved. Or multiple governments. I can imagine this isn't a high priority to them, and from what I've seen in the news about (different) crimes, it can easily take a few years to bring the bad guys to justice.

Whatever job you do, would you justify your employer holding your money for 1 year because they "suspect" some match fixing? If they have any reasons to believe the game was rigged they should post the proof and if not then allow me to withdraw.

It's easy to come and look like a saint when others are struggling to get money from a giant casino scamming them but when it will happen with you, maybe you realize how it feels for others to come and say "yeah it's fine, investigations can take decades and casino will pass the funds to your grandchildren, why are you troubling them"

Would you be fine with Chipmixer not paying you for 1 year claiming they are doing some investigation with no details and no timeframe at all?
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake holding my balance $70,000 claiming ODDS PROVIDER INVESTIGATION on: October 12, 2022, 03:42:22 AM
Surprisingly I got an email from stake and it says "The investigation is still ongoing, we will contact you in due course." I don't know how long it will take because it's almost 6-7 months now if not more

4  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake holding my balance $70,000 claiming ODDS PROVIDER INVESTIGATION on: October 11, 2022, 04:59:40 PM
what's up with the investigation on the player?
Stunna wrote this:
All the above mentioned facts in conjunction with the ongoing investigation that confirmed your links to a well known match-fixer, support our decision of blocking your account and we will be pursuing the return of any funds.
But in the same post he wrote this:
I am having to greatly redact what I can share due to an ongoing investigation
I'm also curious if the investigation is completed. I don't expect it'll be in your (Baskin198's) favour though, you're shady.

It says my account is in withdraw only mode but I am not even able to withdraw, does that make any sense?
I've seen that in a different thread too. It looks like the wrong wording is used when the account is blocked.

Years back when I failed KYC they allowed me to play, withdraw, deposit everything because I was losing and now because I am winning suddenly failing KYC becomes such a massive issue?
5  Economy / Gambling / Re: STAKE SCAMMED $100K AND NOT REPLYING EMAILS FOR 6 MONTHS on: October 11, 2022, 07:34:48 AM
when casino owners are DT on forum there is little you can do when they scam you. They scam you plus leave bad feedback .. do they have any proof of match fixing? if yes please show me

You're wrong, sorry. If you would have proper evidence, the scammer would be tagged and most probably also demoted from DT (in a matter of weeks).
But you have no evidence and, even more, people are convinced that you are the one scamming.
And making new topics with big red text and nothing useful (i.e. you know, proof, ...) only adds you a label of being immature and nothing else.

Stake have admitted they are holding my funds for 6 months now without any proof .. do I need to prove anything?
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: STAKE SCAMMED $100K AND NOT REPLYING EMAILS FOR 6 MONTHS on: October 11, 2022, 07:25:45 AM
This is the previous accusation that created by @OP Stake holding my balance $70,000 claiming ODDS PROVIDER INVESTIGATION, actually Stunna already replied his accusation and it's clear if the @OP is the scammer, not Stake.

@OP was using fake KYC and did match fixing, of course there's no any casinos will tolerate this kind action and it's right for Stake to not pay a scammer. Avoid @OP since he's a mad scammer who have a gambling addiction to chase money.

While I am having to greatly redact what I can share due to an ongoing investigation and not wanting to reveal our internal integrity measures. I will provide some insight into this situation. It is of our firm belief that user is engaged in match fixing and these concerns were echoed by our odds provider who independently warned us of your activity. On this thread you are witnessing some members of this match fixing ring all desperate to get their cut of this money.

OP found some information regarding fixed table tennis matches as he started taking maximum amount of profit from bets there where he never wagered before like that. His own XRP address had a transaction sent to a prior caught match fixer which looks like a payout for the information he got via him.

This link to the above match-fixing ring, in hindsight, likely gave the customer access to funds that subsequently increased staking - 75% of the accounts turnover occurred between Nov 2021 and 12th Jan after being operative since Nov 2019.

The customers Table Tennis activity on 8th Jan was flagged by our  team after the user suspiciously bet on a very precise result as the match went Live. Within 22s the user bet on the match to finish 3-0 for €6.5k at 2.0; 50s later €5.7k at 2.6 on there being exactly 3 games in the match; 26s later, another €700 on Correct Score 3-0 at 2.2; and then 2x more for €1.5k total on exactly 3 games 3mins later; total loss from user on this match was -€17.5k

This most recent example was backing against a player which user then proceeded to back against on two more occasions on the 10th and then 11th of January - another sign of match-fixing with a syndicate in contact with, or ‘having their hooks into’, a player.

During January on Table Tennis the customer had 32 bets, all on a specific Table tennis competition, winning 29 of them at avg odds of 2.23. We laid €266k of Table Tennis bets in this time - an avg of €8.3k per bet Vs an avg. of €423 (1,965% increase) per bet since the accounts 1st bet in Nov 2019. The 3 bets which lost saw us make €5.4k profit, but in total during the month of January on Table Tennis we lost -€229.4k to the user — highly suspicious activity. The players in question are being investigated by the organizers of the table tennis tournament.

This situation was made even worse by OP trying to pass a variety of suspected fake identification documents as his own, all of which were rejected by our integrity team. This resulted in a block of your account. You sent us 4 different ID's all of them with different names, different numbers, and even different nationalities and places of birth.

All the above mentioned facts in conjunction with the ongoing investigation that confirmed your links to a well known match-fixer, support our decision of blocking your account and we will be pursuing the return of any funds.

You are kidnapping kids and selling organs, would it mean anything if I just say that? Similarly stake hasn't proved anything and unless proved they can say anything but it won't matter

Just because I win more bets than I lose doesn't mean I fixed any games dumbass. I have seen people lose 20 bets on 2x on dice and why is it impossible to have a winning run?
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: STAKE SCAMMED $100K AND NOT REPLYING EMAILS FOR 6 MONTHS on: October 11, 2022, 07:16:37 AM

I don't really know whom to believe at this point but i must say you have a very slim chance to be trusted from the above trust rating given to you by some reputable users.
Secondly to back your claim you need to provide some tangible and a cogent evidence to back the proof you were scammed $100k without a feedback till date.

when casino owners are DT on forum there is little you can do when they scam you. They scam you plus leave bad feedback .. do they have any proof of match fixing? if yes please show me

Where is your evidence? But even if having evidence, why fake KYC? You have your money with a gambling site and you prefer to use fake KYC, what would happen last? It could bounce on you in a way you won't be favoured when the gambling site knows that you are manipulating with fake KYC.

Earlier like an year ago I did the same and they said it was not a problem and let me play so why is it a big problem now just because I have a big balance?
the only way I'd believe the highlighted part is if you can prove that they actually said that. I am pretty sure you and I know that the authenticity of documents is extremely important when it comes to KYC. I am not surprised by the decision they made and I don;t think they will change their mind.

so if a player fails to do KYC their funds becomes casino's funds? WOW

Also I have proof that I failed with fake KYC years back and they allowed me to continue but now because I am winning they have issues

10  Economy / Gambling / Re: To what extent do you chase anonymity while gambling? on: October 11, 2022, 06:33:16 AM
If you want to remain anonymous NEVER PLAY AT STAKE

THEY WILL HOLD YOUR FUNDS AND SCAM YOU IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THEM KYC WITH PASSPORT AND 50 OTHER THINGS THEY ASK. IF YOU DON'T HAVE EVEN 1 OF THEM, YOU ARE GONE!

They are a Curacao book so it's not right for them to be overly intrusive.

They have scammed me for $100k and no reply for 6 months and there is nothing I can do .. I think my money was used to satisfy big promotion people like drake, ufc, etc

It has been more than 6 months now, I have been trying to contact stake via emails, forum, etc but they seem to not care. So I have re-opened the thread and want to ask stake, what's up with the investigation on the player? Was there any update and why is my balance still stuck? It says my account is in withdraw only mode but I am not even able to withdraw, does that make any sense?
17  Economy / Reputation / Re: No one wants to speak against stake.com? on: March 14, 2022, 02:10:32 PM

2. I guess that you'll have to discuss with the support about that withdrawal, as much you'll dislike to do that. It may be related to your KYC papers and the fact you probably did play with that money (I didn't read fully all your posts).

The support clearly said, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. Please contact our accounts team and that accounts team hasn't replied me since 60 days or so. Any communication I am having right now at all is via bitcointalk. If they were replying to my emails or via support, I wouldn't even be creating this thread or the other one.
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LTC CASINO NOT paying winnings . 1496 Ltc to be paid on: March 14, 2022, 01:58:20 PM
No matter how much you try, the casino can keep asking something new every day until you are tired. They can even ask you a letter from president confirming your identity at the end because when joining you agreed to their tos which say they can demand anything during KYC. I am shocked casinos are getting way with such things really. This forum is useless to be honest because 90% of the trusted members are reluctant to believe that casinos can scam and remaining 10% are paid by the casino themselves.
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: March 14, 2022, 01:46:58 PM
My suggestion to 1xbit.com

You are getting lots of negative feedback for scamming players because you guys are making a mistake.

Stake also freezes accounts but they have a great reputation because they know how to do t smartly. Here are my suggestions:

1- As per terms and conditions you can ask the customer anything in the name of KYC. Stake forces users to submit passport or their balance is gone. You can start asking "letter from the president" else your funds are gone.

2- Like stake has hired some puppets, you need to hire some trusted members. Yes it costs money but look they defend you against all the victims and go as far as tagging the victim himself as one of the stake puppet does.

20  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT Abuse by stake.com owner Stunna on: March 14, 2022, 12:05:13 PM
Are you kidding me? Bet365 and any legit casino/sportsbook will ask KYC first up. KYC isn't (or shouldn't) be a toy for casinos to play with when a player wins big. You ask for KYC when you believe the player is accessing from a restricted area or you are deemed ineligible for gambling like underage etc.

This doesn't justify trying to pass KYC with fake documents. If you hadn't done that, it might be believable that you just got caught up in the KYC bullshit inadvertently. I don't think you can play that card (no pun intended) now.

I am not playing any cards and I fully accept the mistake I made. But you have to understand that there's a withdraw only mode for such cases and my account is currently put in that mode, where I can withdraw but not gamble. Even then, I am not able to withdraw.

You see if a player makes a deposit and fails to do KYC, doesn't mean the casinos now owns the money because that wouod motivate the casino to intentionally avoid passing the KYC for player. This is why casinos use withdraw only mode.

Also the discussion we are doing here is, Stunna tagged me as "match-fixer" without any proofs. If they tagged me as "fake KYC" I might understand.

Also I have said 10 times and will say again, I never submitted fake KYC but KYC from my son when forced for English documents and later from my friend when forced to submit passport which I don't have.
