To buy low, and sell high you have to be very fast, and continuously check the market. It`s pretty risky, especially with BTC, but can be more possible with altcoins. If you carefully choose the right coins due to their potential, price and market volume.
But again it`s not such huge profit. Yes, you can be lucky if you`ll buy really right altcoin at the lowest price, and then it`ll rise very high, but it`s pretty rarely. About Telegram channels, it`s tricky, many scams.

I hope so. When some big good news will be published and more big investors will come, and the market would be increased. But when, and how high it can jump, I think no one can predict for sure.

Turn "All your money" in something  - it`s always risky.  Hope for the good, but risk that amount you are not afraid to lose, if your investment will get a bad scenario.

A few days ago was the same "falling" situation, and then back to stable condition.
News aren`t "bitcoin friendy" now (like the last one about Metropolitan Bank), I think it affected the market a bit.
But some good news, may be posted later and will shake the market in another way.
It`s hard to predict sell/buy for sure, any rash decisions with cryptocurrency can cost a lot.

Of course, it is risky! Cryptocurrency isn`t stable stuff, you can invest some amount of money, and get some profit, or lose some...It`s like a Gambling.

Everything about your real skills) You can learn many things by yourself, and become the best one in some area (without University degree, like Jobs). Many people I know are amazing specialists without "diploma", and some have diplomas, but aren`t specialists in that area at all. Of course, it depends on work area specifics. Nowadays many learning opportunities are open, to get the best and newest knowledges.  

Yes, why not if it has a great idea and strong team, the main problem to find the best one from many shitty ICOs
