1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading and heavy manipulation on: April 05, 2018, 01:57:01 PM
The point I was trying to make was you can't follow the market or predict the market. Unless you are an insider with the whales then you can't win. The dumps happen too quickly. All you can do is buy and hope or sell and hope. I would be impressed if someone showed me a winning formula for day trading bitcoin when you can't control the pump and dumps.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Day trading and heavy manipulation on: April 05, 2018, 10:28:38 AM
I have been day trading Bitcoin for a few months now. Overall I'm pretty much making nothing and losing nothing. It seems to me that there is no logic at all to the market. No matter how much research you do, how much you look at the technical's and how much you try to hedge you absolutely can't predict the massive dumps that happen every day. They appear out of nowhere at random times and drop the market by $200 - $300 at a time.

This smacks of huge manipulation of the market. They are making it impossible to trade with bitcoin in any way other than a pure gamble. Anyone else noticing this?
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bad news-current bitcoin price is going down 6,644$ on: February 06, 2018, 02:12:23 PM
next resistance is $7k , if it's break i think it will bounce to 10k.
But if it break support on 5k, it will be disaster... bubble burst.. we hope it won't happened and it will recover soon

Breaking 5k means nothing in the grand scheme of things.

People need to understand that bitcoin is more than a currency or a store of value. It's a social network. A paradigm shift in how business is done.

With all this FUD going on about the price of bitcoin people need to realize that it's all being compared against USD. USD is one of the most corrupted and controlled forms of currency in the history of mankind. It's a pointless comparison to make and the minute someone realizes this then all the FUD disappears.

Instead of panicking about the price of your bitcoin against the USD you should be delighted you actually own some and you should be sharing a bit of it with your friends and family.

You should be explaining to them what it is. Helping them get a wallet and then transferring a little bit of your wealth to them. The more people we have in the bitcoin / blockchain system the better. This is a social network and like all good social networks the more users it has, the more value it has.

The reason the price looks is going down is because it is being manipulated and needlessly compared against a pointless, totally worthless, easily manipulated and totally controlled fiat currency. It's a worthless comparison.

Stop comparing your real assets with pointless assets and share the love of it with your friends and family. That's how we win this. That's how we make bitcoin go to the moon.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we all please accept.. on: February 06, 2018, 10:27:37 AM
These governments are nothing but a nuisance to their citizens. Some people managed to make a living out of cryptocurrencies. And now they are banning their meaning of life. At least they should provide them with jobs, not leaving them unemployed and then they come out and complain about bitcoin or other crypto.

My country does not care about bitcoin, but if this fuss continues to spread out, it will act immediately and attempts to ban bitcoin. It is still quiet because not many people are using it. I cannot accept that fact OP. People need to do something.

You are doing something by owning bitcoin. The more people who own it the more use it has. All people are doing right now is comparing bitcoin to dollars but if everyone had some bitcoin and a bitcoin wallet then we wouldn't need fiat at all.

If my grocer could get supplies from a wholesaler and pay bitcoin for it, I could then go to his store and buy these things for bitcoin just by pressing buttons on my phone. I don't need USD, an exchange or any other middle man.

This is what they are trying to stop and it's why we need to push for it.

Here is a task for everyone and one that I do. Talk to your friends and family. Explain to them what this is. Help them get a wallet and then transfer a small amount of bitcoin to them. Doesn't have to be a lot but it will get them in the system. The more people in the system the better.

People need to stop transferring their good bitcoin assets for worthless paper fiat crap. People need to wake up to what is really going on here.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we all please accept.. on: February 06, 2018, 09:18:18 AM
Accept the fact that most of governments will oppose crypto currency. Obviously there are some countries who have decided to embrace the future, but let's face it, most of governments will stand against. Who likes their currency to be weaken? Every time a stupid country opposes bitcoin, there is so much fud and a great price drop.

China bans mining

South Korea will not ban crypto but obviously does not welcome it

India banning crypto

I fully expected this resistance from governments.

Don't be surprised if more countries come out against bitcoin

Yes we should accept the fact that cryptos are banned or restricted in some countries, and we cannot avoid it, but do you think that it would be worldwide trend?

They can't ban it. They can only ban and regulate what you exchange for their worthless fiat currencies.

This is like P2P file sharing. The genie is out of the bottle and it can't be put back in.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin pose a threat to banks? on: February 06, 2018, 09:12:40 AM
Just as the digital era, the photographic industry witnessed the bankruptcy of Kodak, the rise of online music, the disc has also been quickly eliminated, after the advent of bitcoin, the financial industry may also need to carry out major rectification. Will the bank disappear?

I don't think so. Not going to happen. The question is like "Will cryptocurrency replace fiat?".
First, Bitcoin in nature is limited
no internet connection, no bitcoin
no electric power, no bitcoin
no electronic device, no bitcoin
etc...etc
In fact it will do just the opposite. Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general will boost the financial/banking industry. People will have/earn more money because of bitcoin. And where do you think people put there money for safety? To the bank. Where do business put their money where they earned from bitcoin earners who purchases or ask services from them? To the bank.
"Bitcoin'ers" will and always will transfer there digitals to fiat no matter what. Because bitcoin is being used as an investment/asset rather than as a currency.

What a lot of nonsense. You argument holds true for fiat too

no internet, no fiat
no electricity, no fiat
no electronic device, no fiat.

If you think the current financial system survives without electricity or the internet then you are a fool. The only reason we need to transfer bitcoin to fiat right now is because the technology is still in early adopter phase. It will, over the next few years become possible to never have to transfer bitcoin to fiat. Why do you think the governments and banksters are spreading all the FUD about it. They require you to use fiat so they can take most of it off you as taxes and fees.

I really wish people would think before posting.

Does anybody know why the BTC  is decreasing his value?

FUD. Deliberate manipulation by the banksters.  It was over priced and it's just returning it where it should be in growth terms.

Completely right. Someone is going to double his crypto stakes during this recession. Chinese ban is just natural development, nothing else could have been expected. The thing with credit cards seems like a temporary fuss created to manipulate the market and make huge profits. It shows that even decentralized currencies are not really decentralized until news like this can affect the prices so tremendously.
do you think they rise their value?

Of course it will. These manipulations will only shake the weak hands out. Just be patient. If you don't have to sell then just hodl. Even if you are losing money right now, be patient.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: Please stop selling! on: February 06, 2018, 08:04:59 AM
People need to understand a few things here.

Bitcoin isn't just a method of storing value or a currency. It's a social network. It's a decentralized way for humans to interact without a governing central body.

It also has a finite number. It can't be inflated. It cant be forged. It's hugely mobile. It's the future of financial transactions and unless cryptocurrencies and the blockchain fail then bitcoin is cryptos main asset class. It is crypto gold.

The controllers know these things and the fact that you might own some of these bitcoin scares the crap out of them so they are doing everything in their power to make sure that you don't own any of it. They want it all. All of it.

This is a game to them. They are using their worthless fiat currency to manipulate the markets to their benefit. They are using their banks to control the flow. They are using their media companies to spread the FUD. They are wrecking peoples lives right now. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that they inflated bitcoin so wildly last year just so people would buy in knowing they were going to crash it this year and bankrupt them. They did it in 1929 why wouldn't they do it now?

My point is that bitcoin is a finite resource so unless you are going homeless or starving to death then hold on to your supply because you will never get it back if you sell it to them and the last thing we want is for the bankster bastards to have a monopoly on bitcoin and that's exactly what they are trying to do.

They are stealing the future again. Just hodl.

11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Please stop selling! on: February 05, 2018, 01:38:14 PM
I think it is because too many people started to panic, there was too much bad news recently, the national regulation, facebook ban ICO advertising, Japanese exchange stolen, the news led to the falling of the bitcoin.
I think it will take some time for the market to recover. All we can do is wait. Grin

The market doesn't need to recover. It's still higher than it should be. Look at the charts and pay attention to the price it was January 2017 till June 2017. Project that line. Bitcoin is still above the steady growth line.

Everyone needs to relax a bit. Take a deep breath.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we all please accept.. on: February 05, 2018, 01:24:04 PM
im sorry to say this as someone who owns many altcoins and crypto including bitcoin, BITCOIN IS dead.

You have no clue and your wallet will be an epic fail because of it.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: Please stop selling! on: February 05, 2018, 01:20:59 PM
Let all the weak handed, weak minded people sell their assets. Can't go down forever and anyone who thinks it can doesn't understand bitcoin or the technology behind it.

Incidentally, look at the charts. Take away last years 3 months of madness and project the line and you will see that bitcoin is still above where it would be if it just steadily climbed.

No need to panic at all. Hodl, hodl, hodl.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India Want to Kill all Cryptocurrencies - No need to panic though on: February 01, 2018, 02:44:23 PM
More FUD from dumb idiots who find themselves in positions of power.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: February 01, 2018, 12:57:25 PM
There will be millions of people across the globe who understand what bitcoin is and the future it has but they have been unable to buy any after last years massive run. They didn't work it out till it was too late but they know now and are waiting. They are all sitting there with worthless fiat in their banks just waiting for the right price to buy bitcoin. Good luck to them, the more people who own bitcoin the better.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: January 31, 2018, 02:14:14 PM
yup probably just look at the patterns in the charts if it breaches out 11k again maybe a new all time high again in bitcoin networks and price will occur
amazing how those people and whales manipulative tricks how to control bitcoin's price.
it will not loose its popularity in fact it will be more attractive if the lightning network will occur and will apply to current bitcoin disturbances hehe.
if that will happen 50k USD per BTC can happen surely!

Yep I agree, it's being kept artificially low by the futures trading. When it breaks out this time it will go on a tear all the way up to at least $50k.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: January 31, 2018, 12:52:40 PM
The only reason that bitcoin has all the FUD about it is because the corporate news channels are all on board to drive it down for the benefits of their masters.

Cryptocurrency is the future, everyone knows it. Bitcoin is a finite resource within this new cryptocurrency financial system, it is also the main asset class of this new system.

They want it all and they are doing everything within their power to make all the weak handed people sell their bitcoin to them. Don't give them it. Keep it all and buy more.
