When are you going to fix the timestamps in your site chat? I go on the chat and its 4pm and it says the chat is taking place at 9pm? It's confusing, small issue but should be easy to fix
I agree that it can be confusing. The issue is obviously the fact that everyone is in a different time zone. I believe we use UTC as the default timezone. |

First of all, id like to say that I have enjoyed playing on the site betcoin.ag for quite a while, but I got some issues atm and i badly need someone to look at my ticket to solve multiple issues. It seems like you are represent betcoin.ag here at bitcointalk, I have made a ticket at betcoin.ag and contacted the 24 hour live support 3 times plus lastly sent an email, 1st time I was told to wait 24 hours for the review (fair enough), 2nd time I was told it would take several hours more (fair) after several hours I contacted the 3rd time and the live chat support person told me that he/she would pass on the message to the management. and last I sent an email to contact@betcoin.ag (got the mail from the site), just to ask them to review my ticket, obviously things takes time. But im feeling anxious here since I havent got in touch with someone from betcoin.ag (lets exclude the 3x support). I'll PM you directly the ticket # in a bit sorry to contact you like this, but when a man is out of options- he will hunt down his bitcoins!  Sorry to hear you are having issues. It is never necessary to send multiple tickets for the same issue. Some cases require additional investigation and therefore take longer. Hey, I made another ticket earlier today, asked to fix my 2FA auth instead (my original problem was cause of withdrawal issue, which ill explain a bit further down) cause I lost access to it. DING DING DING, I got an email roughly half an hour ago and the 2FA was disabled. Just logged in, and cancelled my old withdrawal and made a new withdrawal and this time I remembered to confirm the email (crossing fingers for a quick process, but im all smile at the moment). I admit that this process was partly my fault, but I have been really anxious cause when I tried to confirm a withdrawal mail from a while ago, I received a popup saying its confirmed, and that was two days before I made the first ticket (I also understand that some issues need an investigation, my main problem is there were no contact to me through my mail regarding the first ticket = stressing me out quite a bit). I am quite happy that I got access to my account again, there are scammy sites out there (I AM stuck at another site, with lots of promises of fixing a withdrawal issue by them, and the amount there is less than what im going to withdraw from you guys). I have enjoyed playing at betcoin.ag! Might use it again in the future. Thanks for replying to my post here, but for now I wont be needing any help and just gonna let the process proceed as usual. How do you plan to promote and expand your business especially the poker room aspect of it? Can you buy ads in those poker magazines that get put in poker rooms around that country? Those are super cheap. TV ads would obviously be better but a lot more expensive.
Great question, thanks. Betcoin has always grown through a grassroots, word of mouth style of marketing but there is definitely something to be said for paid ads as well. I am in talks with several large poker-based media companies and trying to see if there is anything we can do as far as promotion there. We have also recently expanded our Twitch streaming team, which should bring in some new players. We will be releasing a new Betcoin tournament schedule next month as well as making some player friendly changes to the cash game rake structures and all of that should help as well. Please help us spread the word! Pokerz Are you going to have any advertisements going for the million dollar tourneys that will be running on WPN all next month? Also, why is it not mentioned more that the bad beat jackpot is almost 43BTC? Soon if BTC price increases it will be over a million dollars in the bad beat jackpot pool, which is more than any casino I've ever seen. Yet, it is barely mentioned on your webpage and only has a scrolling counter in the client. It should be more prominent, especially if it reaches over a million dollars. Hi there,
I wanted to introduce myself as the new poker manager at Betcoin Poker. While I have a lot of experience in poker forums, this is my first post ever on a bitcoin forum, so bear with me if I break any unspoken rules.
Over the next few months, I will be designing a new MTT schedule, as well as restructuring the rake on cash games (in a positive way for players)! I will also attempt to make improvements on the software and marketing side of things.
