1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the invention of the century! on: January 30, 2018, 07:14:33 PM
Bitcoin is, at the moment, the best attempt to solve the Bizantine problem: none could come up with a better solution.
From my point of view, it also solves a big current issue: privacy. That said, maybe it won't be the inventory of the century but could change how we perceive our financials!  Wink

The idea that it has solved the privacy issue is quite an illusion though. All transactions are traceble and it has been reported that NSA is actually tracing them and at some point they may end up being able to assign (almost) every address to every owner, especially if governments would make obligatory to declare which wallets you own.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: January 30, 2018, 07:02:33 PM
I have read on a newspaper that someone has really done it several months ago. But it looks he has been lucky since afterwards there has been the mega-rally of Bitcoin of a few months ago.
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stocks Exchange, the great scam on: January 16, 2018, 12:30:06 AM
I was tempted to open an account there days ago because one token listed there has a price more convenient for me, but now I think I will wait to see how the problems outlined in this thread will evolve.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: January 16, 2018, 12:22:40 AM
The fear of losing is a mind killer, makes you do a lot of mistakes in your trades. One has to overcome it, but it is very difficult.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex with MT4/MT5 on: January 16, 2018, 12:11:54 AM
I would really love to be able to use MT4 on Bittrex data, there is no comparison as for the available instruments.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating Your Own CryptoCurrency (An actual guide, not an Easter Egg Hunt) on: December 31, 2017, 10:54:39 PM
One day in future every person on earth will have their own personal cryptocurrency. For 15 minutes, if I may mis-quote Andy Warhol.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IRS taxing cryptocurrency trades starting Jan. 1st. on: December 31, 2017, 10:46:41 PM
Very funny. And what happens when you actually lose money. Will the IRS give you your money back?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Verge.... for those who don’t know. on: December 31, 2017, 10:37:26 PM
$0,30 - $1,50? are you crazy? The price was less than two cents just 9 days ago.

I dont understand why you are investing in a post-huge pump scenario.
Everybody is investing blindly in just a project that has already made millionaires all around the world, more than 1000% in just a few days, maybe the double of that amount.

Just be smart people, do not listen to this guy, a simple announcement can not push the price by more than 600%

Wraith update is expected is to be released before midnight EST. Price should spike. Still cheap (in my non expert opinion) at .20-.21. I’m seeing price jump estimates of .30-1.50.

Price will dump immediately after the announcement. It usually happens like that.
9  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best movies you have watched in 2017? on: December 09, 2017, 03:48:19 PM
I guess Logan was one of the best films I saw this year, even though I have already forgotten it.
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your stress reliever ? on: December 09, 2017, 03:38:52 PM
I watch TV series when I want to relax from stressful situations.
11  Other / Politics & Society / Re: welfare is deforming children on: December 04, 2017, 10:20:08 PM
More than welfare what is deforming people is McDonals and chipstons of and sugar in whatever they drink.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Transgenders. on: December 04, 2017, 09:59:18 PM
Even worse than transgenders is how transsexuals are treated, which is bad because transsexuales are born like that and there is no way they cannot be transsexuals.
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to be contented on what you have? on: December 04, 2017, 09:50:13 PM
The secret about being contented on what you have is that there is no secret - you just have to become the person who is like that.
