Actually you need transaction times of less than 10 seconds to compete in e-commerce. Anything thats slower than that is practically not usable and will not be accepted by most of the normal customers in this sector. Being a merchant myself, that´s why Flash has drawn my attention.

Mammoth.li exchange is under development and will be online in april, it will have FLASH as a pairing coin, and there might be even more exchanges with FLASH as a pairing coin then. OTC trading should open as soon as the end of this coming week.
