I agree with @bitcoinnation. The simple solution would be to plug your external disk before running it.

I know some people they buy bitcoin at high prices, and when bitcoin prices go down they do not cut loss.
They decided to hold and await expects prices to rise again. These people claim to be holder.
In fact, they do not want to lose money and become reluctantly holders.
I think I would do the same if I was in their shoes. Bitcoin has one more card to play; things will change when the Governments finally agrees to approve ETFs. |

That is the same perception in 2018, and look where we are now. There are many other factors at play here. I have lost faith in bitcoin rising since the middle of this year. Now I just sit back and profit from its galloping here and there. Instead of stocking coins now, I trade cryptocurrency CFDs at Forexchief Broker for profit. It's the list I can do right now since ripple failed me.

I did not lose my money when bitcoin came crashing down this year. But mentally I was devastated when I saw that bitcoin reach a new high last year, when I had some all my saved coins two years ago. So, I lost greatly by selling too soon.

I read about this today and I thought to share. It is true that other brokers that offer Forex and Crypto are on a CFD basis. None of them really offered real bitcoin Vs USD trading, nor ETHUSD trading in the actual sense. CFD is different. So I am going to start trading the top cryptocurrencies on the Profiforex MobiusTrader7 platform. I have downloaded it. The broker has been around for 8 years now. There is also 500% bonus on anymore you deposit. Please share this news as well.  |

I think a good crypto currency will have a solid company behind it. Do not fall for many faceboom ads of ICOs that promises to increase value in a month or so. This is pure scam. A solid coin will have popular developers working on it, a company budget and full transparency.

So becoming a full member does not have to do with your number of posts anymore. How does one make a quality post when in here all we do is respond to each other and ask questions. IS there a criteria for making posts and getting merit?

it depends on what you mean by "spend time". wasting time for example is not proper way of spending it. and that's what most people do.
but if you spend time constructively by
studying the market,
analyzing the charts,
learning how to trade,
reading articles,
watching the movement on charts and thinking about reasons for each change
....
that would be a good thing.
some people even start "demo trading". if the platform allows that (crypto trading platforms rarely have this feature) then even better, but if not on paper or in an excel sheet. placing imaginary buys and then watching if they get filled, then placing imaginary sells and finally seeing if you could make profit.
all trading needs is experience. to know how things work and then acting fast.
I love your idea of imaginary trading a demo using crypto market. Some platforms have this feature now, so there is no need to imagine it. The Profiforex Mobius software for example has crypto trading in the real sense. I am not talking about CFDs, there you can buy cryptocurrencies against USD and other currencies. |

At the end of December last year, Ripple seem to be the best Altcoin to invest in. I think it still has a bright future. I made good money during its first spike. Now that it is down again, I consider it a good investment at the moment. Soon cryptocurrencies will boom again. The Government is trying its best to curb its growth due to fear of insecurity. I don't think they can stop the crypto revolution.

I first heard about Bitcoin from a movie called Person Of Interest. It is a series and bitcoin was mentioned in season 4 I guess. My curiosity led me to dig into it, but I never took it seriously at that time.
