Better hold it because I think ethereum will undergo fork. So there is a possibility for it to grow before and after the fork. Better hold it because it has a potential to skyrocket this month.

They can't stop the using but they can stop the growth by regulating it. By this, investors will be upset and their potential profit will be stopped. The government of every country are currently taking actions on making laws on bitcoin.
