I guess block confirmation takes several hours Yes it takes 3.5 hours for coins to arrive to pool after a block is found. Then we send it to miners. Sorry our pool does not show immature balance because the software we use does not support it. |

As soon as the confirmation completed, it will be paid out.
I am not sure how many confirmations are required because it is not written on the page.
