Hi, my name is Ivan, I'm CEO at "Third pin LLC", we were going to be engaged in the Giza device development.
We signed the contract with Giza Device LTD at 4 of December 2017. 26 of January we had to start development, but our contract has not been paid yet. Mr Marko Fike, on behalf of Giza Device LTD, claimed that we must establish a new company outside of Russia, without any further information or reason to do so.
Recently we started negotiations with cryptographic integral chips manufacturer, but, due to the position of Giza’s COO, we couldn’t even acquire critical technical documentation to start the development.
With a heavy heart, I am forced to tell that we are freeze all the activities related to the "Giza device" project. We wish Good luck to all participants!

I read white paper but still vague about how the token GIZA works, what is the purpose of this token for holders?
You can sell them on exchange in November 2018 (price will be more $1 per token) or you can get profit of leasing a license. Software price is equivalent to 80% of GIZA Device price. It means that if token holders make an effort to lease a license, they receive 80% of company's income in accordance with their tokens proportion. Thanks for your explanation. Is this product open-source and total supply token is 36,800,000? |

Btc will not be took over by any coin/token anytime soon. Btc is the first mover and many consider it as a store of value. Traders normally take profit from alt coins and put it into Btc for a while.
Btc also is the main pair in every exchange.
With current problems regarding scalibility, devs are working hard to solve it with LN. Btc is the only coin that has no Founder that make it unstoppable .

I have parked my MNX monthly for couple months and with the passive income (20% per month).
The vision of CEO is MNX will be top 10 coins. However, MINEXBANK stated that "MINEXBANK's activity will be aimed at keeping the MNX quotes to USD within the 5% range of fluctuations relative to the representing the estimated growth rate of 42,7% per annum from the rate of 20 USD/MNX."/ How it is feasible to be in top 10 coins or even top 100 coins, if the price raise just as big as 42.7% per year?
I am not complaining as Iam happy w/t current passive income, but can someone explain it to me. or i am missing something?
