So how do we see the hot wallet balances? BTC withdrawls are failing

For one whatever you deposit in BTC must be completely bet I.e if you deposit 1BTC then you have to BET all 1BTC or else you have to fill out a bunch of total bullshit identity papers proving residency. Which means if you are from a "restricted" country, then you lose your funds.

Second the casinos odds SUCK. I don't even know if they are provably fair.

I couldn't even complete a withdrawal b/c the confirmation email link was broken.

The whole storing the vast majority of funds on a Cold Wallet is really the only way to top a hacker from stealing everything. (NICE HASH ANYONE??)

I prefectly understand the cold wallet thing. My problem is, since large user withdrawals need to come from a cold wallet, the process is just taking way too long

I know there's 1 to 2 guys doing this and that fine. I just wish they were more punctual into reconciling accounts. It would encourage future investment. Waiting a week is not acceptable. It just doesn't take that long to balance the books each day.

I initiated 2 large withdraws yesterday , both in BTC and BCH  . I wrote a lengthyt email to support requesting full amounts sent toy my everygency address. At that's the end of the week I'd hope to get me withdrawals clear.

I totally understand that cold wallet. It's protects everyone. However waiting a week to withdrawal vs sites that did with a few minutes is not very market friendly.

I will post when my full withdrawals are complete.
