Getting this while mining ethereum or ethereum classic on mining pool hub, other coins seems to be working. Ethash works fine if on some other pool what could be the problem ?  System specs : i53450 12GB Ram r9 390 8G |

I mined dinastycoin sometime ago. Had simplewallet back then. Downloaded the new wallet how can I switch from simple wallet to GUI wallet. Private send key doesnt do anything

Okay so it worked on my usb windows version. Must be some conflicting software I guess then. Probably the sdkbi installed to compile some other miner
yeah must be a conflict but glad to hear you got it working in the end  It's a band-aid solution to say the least it still doesn't work on my pc. I Even uninstalled many programs to see if that work, it didn't. Only thing left is that it's either avast or some windows update got corrupt on me. Since my portable windows has no update on it nor any antivirus ATM. I'll try installing avast on it and even upgrading the drivers and see how it goes. |

I tried with 16.9.2 aswell ut it's the same result it crashes after that.
could it be a problem because of amd sdk installed on my pc to compile some other miner?
could you help me compile it with latest sdk?
Did you use DDU to remove drivers? I have a 290 here and driver 16.9.2 and its working not sure there is any difference between the 290 - 390 apart from faster ram yeah maybe I dont have it setup for compiling the miner atm sorry Yes I had used DDU. But it failed even then. Trying on a fresh install windows on usb with 16.9.2 if it works then it means there's something conflicting in windows if it doesn't idk what. The thing is someone I know had it running on latest driver with 580, and on another PC with some old driver with 390 But it doesn't run on mine yeah that is weird not sure what else you could try it should be working  can you try these and see if any give different result on 16.9.2 cgminer.exe --blake256 -o stratum+tcp://eu3.blakecoin.com:3334 -u loneSilentWolf.r9390 -p password and cgminer.exe --blake256 -o stratum+tcp://eu3.blakecoin.com:3334 -u loneSilentWolf.r9390 -p password -T oh and if your not using cgminer.conf rename it something like cgminer.conf.backup Okay so it worked on my usb windows version. Now if i start the miner without any config file only using the command the output given above doesn't even appear. On trying to run without any command line paramrtrrs and config file its the same output, as well as in case for running without any command line parameters but with a config file. I am using the latest amd 17.12.2 drivers even tried an older driver but it doesn't fix the issue. I am using awesome miner. The problem I get is that when it switches to an algo using sgminer-5.6.1-nicehash-51-windows-i386_1 or sgminer-gm-5.5.4_1 the miner fails to start and gives the following error as per diagnostic screen of awesome miner Starting Diagnostics. Awesome Miner version: 4.2.4

Why is the withdrawal fee for ETN pool set to 0.3 when it can be easily sent for less than 1/10th of its cost ?
It was .03 at suprnova and was changed without notice recently. Also, be advised that suprnova rounds etn to the lowest whole number on payout so if you have a payout of 104.2, minus .3 transaction fee it should be 103.9, right? Wrong. When they send the transaction, it's only 103 so you are losing .9 etn. That .9 etn is not credited to your existing balance...It's gone. Other pools cover the tx fees since they are are all bundled in one transaction and send whole numbers and leave the remaining as a balance in your account. So if I have 88.29 balance, when the payment processor runs, you get 88 and have .29 remaining in your account. Hashvault pays out at .1 so if you have a balance of 88.29, they pay 88.2 and you have .09 left in your account. I've had to stop using suprnova etn until this accounting error has been corrected. If you have payouts set to their minimum of 10, you'll be losing a lot of etn over time. I've lost 1.64 in just 4 payouts so far. Yeah that's why I am leaving suprnova, bit have to go till 10.4 etn before I extract. Also the major problem in most of the etn pools is that they report wrong hash rate I have 860h/s but the payout I get is for around 500h/s any idea why ,? Which pool you'd suggest? |
