Давайте представим следующую ситуацию: команда успешно набрала soft cap на preico, но потом по какой-то причине не добрала softcap на ico. С возвратом средств инвесторов на стадии ico проблем не возникнет. Как в данном случае поступают с инвесторами на стадии preico (Какие должны быть условия в смарт контракте). Или все кто вкладывают на preico понимают данный риск?
