Introduction
DIVIDEND is an ERC-20 Token which has been created to solve three major
problems in cryptocurrency.

1. Falsely promised DIVIDEND payouts.
2. Complicated transfers
3. Real world use.

1. Falsely promised DIVIDEND payouts.
Dividends are often falsely offered by many crypto currencies. There are typically two currency types, mineable and non-mineable. Often, falsely promised payout structures result in the crash of the currency’s value and eventually leads to its failure.

In the case of a mineable currencies, payouts inflate the number of coins/tokens in circulation. This in turn devalues the currency itself. In the case of non-mineable currencies, the overall payout is impossible due to the maximum supply available.

DIVIDEND will solve this issue through a carefully planned payout structure which not only rewards holders, but encourages holders to actively trade.

2. Complicated transfers
Lets be honest, trading cryptocurrency is complicated, especially for new traders. Wallet keys aren’t memorable and can be easily input incorrectly during a transaction. If this happens, your currency is lost forever. DIVIDEND will develop a platform which will make email the preferred transaction method through the use of two factor authentication and various security protocols.

By simply sending an email from your authorised account, you will be able to transfer DIVIDEND tokens. If the recipient email is invalid on the network, an error will be returned to prevent the loss of your tokens. All transactions will need to be approved through a secondary confirmation protocol which will help prevent fraud.

3. Real World Use
