1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [OS] nvOC Nvidia Mining OS FORK v PXA-1.9.6 ( UPDATED 1.5.2018) on: January 09, 2018, 05:26:53 AM
Working well for me so far. Have tried some equihash, x17, lyra2re2, and all have been stable and with auto-oc higher hash/efficiency than any other os/software.

Not sure what I think of whattomine switch tho. It's cool how it works but is it really more profitable? Kinda hard to tell, especially with auto-oc taking time to ramp back up after auto switch.

Is there a benchmark function? Trying to test effectiveness/stability of different overclocks but not sure how. Also, after about 12 hours of mining the profit estimates are off by about 75%.

Just started using this software on two rigs, and both are occasionally having an issue where the main interface detailing hashrate and pay per day/etc goes blank. The miner window still seems to be running, but it's hard to tell if it's actually working correctly.

Any idea what's wrong?

Edit: I guess I can fix that by just right clicking on the cmd box. That makes the invisible text reappear. So it's apparently not affecting mining.

Discovered another UI issue tho, sometimes the main interface does not detect the hashrate of the miner? It just shows 0 for however long it's running.
