To be fair the entire market is as it is the above chart is a good example. We all just need to hold what we got or buy a little more to bring down our average cost per coin of what we are holding. No any development is matter right now, even if you roll out mainnet or whatever. No matter how techy your project is, your token will loose in value if you don't have any programs to protect the value. We are in the infancy and the only thing can drive value is mass adoption in future(organically) or BTC bull run.

Agree.  At most a couple/few independent cryptocurrencies will exist, others will be state backed that take majority.  Most of all these value only tokens will die off.  Universa is seeking a niche for utility, and delivering progress so see great use of it ahead.

According to the article most loans will be without collateral. So, it will all depend on trust rating and credit score. Investors on the platform will thus rely on those ratings, rather than on pledged collateral. We will have to see how enthusiastic fiat investors are about that. If loan is not repaid it's probably more difficult to get any money back if there is no collateral.
