Trust me, something is going wrong and is not the .bat to open with admin rights but the exe file (for the first time). You are still mining with hand brake on A friend reported this : About 280 h/s on i7-4770 ("-t 4") Someone can help Ranger for enable fast mining mode (first start with admin privilege) please ? I can't help as needed with my poor english

There is something wrong Ranger, this is my i3 http://prntscr.com/hkxkph On the .bat file, put option -t 4 at the end if you have 8 Mb cache or -t 3 with 6 Mb cache like my i3. Try if it can make some difference.

Your specs please? I have a ryzen 1600 6 core 12 thread as a main machine and an intel i5 3470 @ 3.2 ghz sometime in help, but the heavy work is made by ryzen.
