Has Ken gone underground or is there anyone that has spoke with him about the situation everything has turned into? I find it odd that MSEC was looking into him and then he just goes out of communication even with his lawyer.

Even if he did lose all money and BTCs they wouldnt just stop looking into the case if he was running a fraudulent company or a scam. I'm not expecting any money to come from him to return to the shareholders but I would like to see him go to court and go through the legal process for the problems he created and couldn't produce.

So I dont really know where to start but I have not been active on any of the threads for ATM for a long time now. Stupid I know but I seriously have written them off and wanted to know exactly what is going on with the company? Has Ken done anything at all since the last I heard was MSEC was looking into the company? I know he kept saying he was putting the shares on an exchange but never did and then the investigation started. That is the last I remember and essentially got too fed up with the bullshit and stepped away from the threads to quit worrying about it.

Now I guess I wanted to see if there is anything I need to do or if there is any lawsuits pending? I would appreciate a down and dirty summary if someone wouldn't mind?

Ken if for some odd reason you have BTC in Bitstamp please remove them today. There are signs that they are potentially going through the same stuff Gox did and we all know how that ended. I wouldn't understand why you'd have coins in another exchange after you've consistently lost coins but if you do for the sake of the company please remove them now. This may all be rumors or someone trolling due to Bitstamps conduct over the last couple of days but either way as a shareholder i'd rather you have our coins in a safe place instead of another exchange.

Banana for scale, please. For the skeptics.

Someone is definitely a Redditor!!

Ok lets get a few things straight, I put everything into this company and can be very emotional at times, Ken's blockade of our shares is completely selfish.

Also I have been working 16 hour shifts at the cafe and had some trouble at work, I am behind on rent and read some more of this thread on my break, I continued to get pissed off because Ken is actively blocking us and ruining everything. So I got emotional and posted my '20bitcoin' offer.

Do I really want to convert 500 bitcoin into 20? Of course not, but my faith in Ken shatters almost everytime he posts.

I just don't want to be left with 0 bitcoin, this is all I have, hence the shitty job.

I'm now selling 114,425 shares for 20 bitcoin, anyone interested?

Your selfish attitude has not only fucked it for everyone else, but compromised your own security by revealing your public address.

0.0001747869 is the price you will sell at so why would anyone now buy the remaining Ukyo shares at 0.0005, smart-arse?

That was the point, try to keep up. I am being cornered by Ken and reacting, I have no control over my ownership of the shares and am forced to try alternative ways to stop Ken from being a jerk and let us trade. (Lift the block).

Maybe if enough shareholders start offering really low prices Ken will be forced to release the blockade because he can no longer sell UKYO's shares for 0.0005.

I'm now selling 114,425 shares for 20 bitcoin, anyone interested?
Ken has allowed this 108btc fiasco to become something much more than it need have been.

+1 to that. The only reason I am being pushy is because this man is actively blocking any ability for me to leave.

I want access to a trading platform and I want market rates, not fucking Ken rates.

DTS - I have some direct NEOBEE shares.  I will trade you 20 BTC worth of them for all of your ActM shares.

I am prepared to sign these shares over to you today if you accept my offer.

Please do not PM me on this matter as I want this done publicly.  The ball is in your court.

6667 NEOBEE shares @ .003  = 20.001 btc

So we trade my 6667 NEOBEE direct shares for your 114,425 ActM shares.

Right, go to one stupid investment to another, NEOBEE bought out UKYO right? What a joke.

I advise you all not to purchase any shares above 0.0002 because when we trade I will sell all of mine at 0.0002. So if you're buying these overpriced shares at 0.0005 you're an idiot.

lol, take away everything else that has happened over the past six months, this post proves you have no shares and you are a Troll.

No one would say they are selling 60% below market value! You must be either clinically insane or a Troll as has been suggested a few times before. I used to think you were genuine but no large shareholder would destroy 60% of the value of their own holdings while at the same time make it less likely that trading will happen for us all.

I tried to buy shares off you last week and everytime I lowered my offer you went 'yes OK'. You didn't try to haggle for a good price - so you don't even have any shares to sell do you? Evidence please.

Miner, please keep up.

I said that market value is 60% below the current 'Ken' value. If 0.0005 is taking it's time to shift with 200,000 shares, with several million there is no way 0.0005 is market value.

I want a good deal, I keep hoping to get 100 bitcoin at least (An increase on my fiat investment) However sometimes I feel that we are mere hours away from Ken saying "Sorry guys, it's over" and I freak out. That's everything I own, that could be worth 0 if Ken declares the operation is over. And assets? I am 99% sure we have no where near 1000 bitcoin.

Look everyone this is what happens when you invest what you can't afford. Hence why he is desperate to make ends meet. You tried the get rich quick thing and now its hurting you because you put all you had into something. How many times have you read not to invest what you can't afford to lose. That even goes with normal stocks and yet you decided to play with uncontrolled stocks. Your loss my friend. I have roughly the same amount of share as you and I have sat back and watched you destroy this thread constantly with your crying antics. As with most of the people on this thread and their investments. Yes it sucks not being able to trade but honestly if you were in it for the long haul then you would sit back and let things play out. I'm completely fine with what Ken is doing mainly because I've already considered my investment a loss and now if it eventually starts making BTC back then I'll be happy.

Majority of the true investors are the ones who rarely post and unfortunately gets stuck listening to you and the other FUDsters trying to crash the stocks as soon as it hits the exchange so they can buy more shares. I will happily invest more when yall crash the price so much that I can pick up shares for pennies on the dollar and then reap the benefits while you sit back and cry more and complaining about something else. So please do us all a favor and shut up. The shares will get to the exchange when they get there.

Everyone who is involved must contribute SOME amount of BTC, else they risk the possibility of what that may mean if any of the funds are recovered  Lips sealed

Thanks VS

Not really sure what you're saying here? I contributed and doesn't really pertain to me but that sounds almost like a threat of holding BTCs recovered, if any, from people.

Well its official CryptoStocks delisted LBC stocks so lets make sure this lawsuits goes to fruition.

Just got an email from them too.  I'm completely nonplussed...I mean, they have been trading all this time?  I thought they'd been blacklisted months back.

In the email it seemed to intimate Labcoin will will be in touch...looking forward to that.

Yeah I noticed that myself. I'm sure their communication will be lot better now than it was before.

Sent!

So obviously there are a lot of people not trusting VirtualSpade and his due diligence. If you're afraid to send documents needed to a lawyer for a lawsuit and potential to recover BTCs back then why in the hell are you willing to spend BTC on a company you knew nothing about. (I'm sure most people here will lie and say I did my background check on this company and they were legit) Obviously not since from the get go everyone would have looked into Fabrizio and his past negligences. I for one didn't I just bought IPO and was looking for some quick BTCs. It bit me in the ass but it was something I was willing to lose. VS obviously went way out of his way to get the ball rolling when others would not. He may not be in the same country as the lawyer but I'm sure he still verified this guy and we already sent him how much more BTC people donated. If he was going to run (the Lawyer) he could have already done that with a decent amount of BTCs for free.

Sorry for the rant I'm tired of reading comments of people complaining on here when they all want action taken against these people but now they're afraid to send a document of a passport or ID.

Ken I understand about the shares and waiting for either CT or CC but what about our dividends?

When can we start receiving our dividends since we are still trying to figure out which route to go with the shares?

Since we can't reinvest them why not start sending them to our wallets we had listed so we can use them towards other things?

How is it everyone keeps wanting to press charges and Sam lives in HK but no one has even tried to go find him? Wouldn't that be the first logical step? I'm sure with the amount of investors that are in LC that there has to be at least one person who lives in HK that could go there with a camera and confront the guy. The same goes with someone that lives in Italy and going to confront FT. Everyone on here likes to put peoples addresses of Sam and FT but no one has the balls to actually go do something. I would if I lived in either of these countries or was going to travel to them anytime soon.

I guess what I'm really saying is quit with the internet witch hunt and actually go find the guys to see if its really them running the show. Also if you confronted them with a camera and asked the important questions it would essentially force them to answer them and if not add the video to the evidence collection for the person who's collecting it all.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Bitcoin-QT Restore Help - Newb on: October 15, 2013, 07:07:58 PM
I recently had to take my MBP into Apple and they had to restore my entire computer but they said the issue came from when this happened previously and I restored from my time machine backup. So they said I could pull files off of the time machine backup but I couldn't restore from the backup. Now my problems come in with the Bitcoin-QT wallet I had on my computer. I would like to pull up my old info since I have that old address to receiving money from people. I did find a Bitcoin-QT Backup.dat file but its not showing the wallet.dat file everyone keeps mentioning. I have also gone through my time machine backup to locate the Bitcoin-QT file that should  be on there but can't find it anywhere. I keep getting told its under Library/App Support/Bitcoin/ wallet.dat but there is no Bitcoin folder in the backup or even in my new library so I wouldn't be able to drop it in there anyways.

So what I am needing help with is with a few things.

1. Help locating the backup folder on my time machine?

2. If I'm able to use the Bitcoin-QT backup.dat file to resync my old blockchain then how so?

3. With that do I let the Bitcoin-QT start running and syncing the blockchain and once its completely synced add my backup into there to get it to sync my blockchain?

4. Any other way possible to restore my previous wallet like maybe going ahead and restoring my entire computer to my timemachine backup and then trying to see if that saves my wallet and then trying to create a backup again of the most current wallet? (This is the last case scenario since that means I would have to make my computer start going through all the issues I had in the first place with it.)

Any help would be appreciated and making sure something like this doesn't happen again. Also just so people know there wasn't much BTC in the wallet it was just that I have several people sending BTC to that wallet and thats the main reason I need to restore it.

[Edit] (Update) After posting on here and Reddit I had enough people come together and had different ideas to figure it all out. So my folder was hidden from plain sight and had to use the command+shift+[G] keys to see my hidden Bitcoin folder. Once I was in that folder I entered into time machine and the same exact folder came up and I went to the last backup before my computer got restored and copied those files and pasted those into the Bitcoin folder created after opening up Bitcoin-QT again to do a fresh sync.

So I deleted the new files and added my old files from my backup and then opened up Bitcoin-QT and it started to process and verify blocks. Once it opened up it had to sync all my data back on and showed my account balance from what I had prior to this whole ordeal. Now I wasn't sure it was going to work so it spent all night reindexing and syncing the blockchain and finally finished this morning. Once it finished I closed the wallet down and reopened it and it came right back to my wallet. So I am thankful for all the help and appreciate the bitcoin community for this. As I am sure everyone knows it can be kind of stressful to have to deal with something like this but luckily there are files and backups that help prevent anyone from losing the wallet completely.

I will now make sure I backup the wallet every month or so if not more often. This is one thing that I believe scares people from using bitcoins because it is easy to lose your wallet/BTC if you don't know what you're doing. I am looking into the Electrum wallet as well to see if I actually like that one. Thanks again for your help.
