Well, I've experienced connection problems today too.

But Instead of using GUIminer's deepbit preset I typed the stuff in on my own, and it worked.

I guess GUIminer doesnt use pit.deepbit.net still deepbit.net.

I've mined close to 400 shares in the past 2 hours and balance has not been updated on the site for nearly 3 for me.

Long block.

Giving this a try, wouldn't mind being part of the first block.

Payment received!

I tried putting on a proxy for my bitcoin, at boarding school so everything is mostly blocked.

This is not a question of panic, but of curiosity, how long does it take to receive my BTC's on my bitcoin adress?
It may depend on the sum of your transaction and your luck. Most our transactions are included in pool's own blocks. Usually 5-20 minutes, sometimes more than a hour.
If you see this transaction in your payments list, it will surely be delivered.

Well I sent 2.1 bitcoins, and I haven't received them on my adress yet and it's been a few hours, 7 maybe.

Did I do something wrong?

I started mining last weekend, and I had a nice income with my cayman GPU with prop. mode.

Now I get like no income compared to what I used to get last weekend per hour? should I change to pps?
