Hi everyone. I tried to sweep about 20 mbtc from my blockchain.info wallet to electrum, but when trying to sweep, electrum showed I would receive only 16 mbtc. The 20 mbtc is the total balance I have in blockchain.info wallet. I wanted to sweep the entire amount. I didn't go through with the transaction though as I'm not sure why I would be receiving much less than my entire balance. I'm using the latest Electrum 3.0 wallet. By the way, I'm a newbie, and would appreciate less bitcoin jargons.    Can anyone help me understand this and give me some tips. Thanks in advance for your help.
