In time pre-ICO there were no KYC and there were no agreements. Developers have changed rules of the game, and now refuse to return my investment. It in general is lawful? It is possible to file a lawsuit against them about it?

I don't think they are dying to do a KYC also spend some money for it.
But it is a necessity to obligate the laws. I am sure that if there is not an obligation no project would want a kyc.

i have been watching utrust talk closely. people are annoyed because of utrust management is worst and they are money monster who wants to loot the investors. i have already invested in cashaa project they said they will adjust the price on 5 december i invested 250 usd worth ether on 20 november . now ether price has risen so cashaa community has adjusted my contribution and it is now 333 usd showing my cashaa dashboard, why don't utrsut do like that .. they should adjust the eth price........and yes they are worst at handling KYC .....they should learn from cashaa how to do KYC....they have time farme and doing as they said.....utrust untrusted changed many rules of the game to benefit them ......corporate ethics has been missing you will not survive utrust i will definitely tell my other friend not to buy this shit token on exchange ...and remeber utrust you are copycat you dont have prodcut which is original ,,, world is big enough and full of ideas so dont think that you are the one...many good projects will definitely screw you hard i next 5 months....f....u...... uutttrrruuussttt
