Update: I received a message stating my review has been completed and that my account is unlocked again, and I've confirmed that I can access the poker room & withdraw money now. So my complaint has been resolved.
You might want to add some screenshots to prove and make the claim much more credible, we don't know if you are a planted account to make it look like they have solved the issue and that they are reputable. I don't see how a post claiming that my account was locked for 3 weeks for a review helps their reputation, but ok: Review starts plus requests for updatesReview completedHi jslfs. Thank you for being patient all throughout this process and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you DM us your Nitro ID so we can ask our support team for updates?
Thank you. Kevin
As stated above, everything's been settled now.

For the past several years I've been playing poker on Nitrogen Sports, and prior to this month I've had no real issues with the site. Support's been quick to respond whenever I did hit a snag, and everything was always resolved quickly.
However, on May 5th, I received a message that my account had been "randomly selected" for an in-depth review, and that "certain functions will be temporarily restricted" until it is concluded. It turns out that "certain functions" means "everything except the sportsbook". I can't play poker, I can't use the chat, and I can't withdraw anything. My account is essentially frozen.
This has gone on for 20 days now! I've asked support for updates three times, and each time they've simply told me that the review is ongoing and asked me to be patient. I've been plenty patient, but this is ridiculous. I've never heard of someone being locked out of their account for weeks without even an accusation of wrongdoing.
I'm making this post in the official Nitro thread rather than the scam accusation forum in the hopes that it'll be resolved quickly so I can use my account again.
If you never heard of it you need better research. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5239947.0Guy got his money after over 1 month but exactly same story. You do realize that being accused of multi-accounting to scam Nitro's bonus program constitutes an accusation of wrongdoing, right? That's hardly the same as being randomly frozen with no explanation. And yes, I'd read that thread and most of the other threads complaining about Nitro before making this post. "randomly" hahaha. Every problem at nitro starts with a random review without explanation, even for the other guy. You do know that you will get the same accusation, dont ya. Good luck then, you will need it. Oh, you're right. Sorry, I overlooked that. Well, I'll wait and see how they respond to these posts.

Hello! I have a question about how the referrals work. When it says you get "50% of the base prize" for the free BTC rolls, does that mean 50% of the value of the roll when excluding any bonuses, or 50% of the minimum possible value?
In other words, if I refer someone and they roll a 10000, how much do I get as my commission?
Site says "50% of base prize ", that is as if he had rolled between 0 and 9885. Are you sure about that? Because in past I remember seeing that I got commission from prizes above 9885 roll (I noticed that my account ballance increased by something like 10000 satoshi without doing any activity, so it should be from referral claim). So, I suppose that if my referral claim $200 in Bitcoins, I would get $100 as commission. And I'm sure that activated bonuses doesn't applies for referral commission. It will pay you %50 of the base prizes . Bonuses are not included. And yes, if he rolled 10000 , you'll get %50 of it.
So, 2 votes to 1 says I'd get $100 of BTC. In that case I'll work under that assumption.
