Coins i value the most are coins that tend to have solid development team combined with a high potential vision/product :
- Ambrosus AMB : Heavy undervalued supply chain with experienced team and probably the most advanced in term of IoT, things will get serious starting in september there was a "soft launch" this month but real stuff begin in september with masternodes and industrial clients.
- Cardano ADA : Still early but probably the most promising blockchain in term of tech, with huge dev power.
- Ethereum ETH : The king of dapps, it may change in the future but right now most projects are built around ethereum.
- Basic Attention Token BAT : Real use case around Brave which is a solide interner browser.

There are many others ofc, but in my opinion people tends to look at good but uncomplete projects that don't have necessary a future. Let me give a few exemple :
- Ark : Solide team and dev but the project has no real use case => no value
- ZIL, LISK, STRAT... : They are many but i think every blockchain solution for enterprises like these are not a good short term bet. Not only it's too early but they are a lot (all good) on the market. They need to prove their value.
- dex tokens : as good as they can be, it seems the demand for decentralized exchanges isn't something right now.

COSS is an easy x100

BNB => Billons of daily volume but used "just" to pay less fees" => 20$
KCS => 250M of daily volume, will distribute 15% of fees between all KCS holders => 20$
COSS => less than 10M daily volume, 50% of fees distributed to all COSS holders => 2$

COSS should be at least 3x more valuable than KCS at an equal volume and with less than 10M now it has a lot of potential to grow. The exchange may not be attractive and full of bugs right now but it has a new UI tomorrow i think, a new engine this Q1 and fiat will come this year. Also there is some interesting and valuable rare coins : Kin, Datum, Fidentiax and more listed soon next week.

Let's say COSS reach 1 billion volume this year which is a decent neutral goal if you compare to KCS this is a value of 20*4*3 = 240$ which is a x100 from now
Bear case let's say 500M daily volume which should be a minimum with fiat and the growth of global market cap, and we will assume COSS is only 2x more valuable than KCS and not 3 times :  20*2*2 = 80$ which is still a x30 from now
Bull case it could reach 1000$ with a volume similar to Binance.

both have the potential for x100, i don't see any other coins who could do it, maybe XSPEC but very very uncertain...

Otherwise there is a lot of upcoming x10, many crypto are undervalued in the top 200 compared to their concurrents, NEO (and GAS) is the one that comes to my mind if you compare it to ethereum, stuff like Stratis, Komodo, Ark, Aion, Walton also didn't go up yet for some reason but it should happen soon enough.

SagaCoin looks like one of the most promising if you are looking for a very low market cap.

Otherwise i would say Xspec, Sumokoin, DeepOnion and Phore but they are all pretty high already
