You have made too many requests recently. Please try again later.

I'm getting this when I try to get to the password reset page. Does anyone know how long I'll need to wait until I can "try again"?
Does "later" mean later today/tonight/this decade?
 Huh

Thanks mate, yeah I've already sent a ticket to support yesterday and escalated it. Given my experience with them I should get a response in the next week or two.

I wonder if the iOS app is more stable or suffers from the same fragility Undecided

Again, if anyone has an idea on how to get even 2 guaranteed page loads that doesn't 520 I'd be very appreciative!

I've posted a new thread not knowing this one existed so apologies for a slight dupe thread.

But as the refreshing thing works (kinda), any ideas on how to get the password reset link to not expire when refreshing the page? It would seem the link is a use once only url, so when I hit the link and get a 520 then refresh, the site tells me the link's expired.

Any ideas?

Hey people, I'm trying to work out how I can reset my Kraken account password so I can access my account. Obviously this is distressing to say the least.

This is what I am up against:

1) I go to Kraken.com, hit login link, page 520 errors. I refresh until it loads.

2) I click "forgot password",  page 520 errors, I refresh until it loads.

3) I enter my email and username, hit submit,  page 520 errors. I refresh until I see "we will send you a reset link if the information you provided matches our records".

4) I get the email, click the link, page 520 errors. I refresh until it loads. I fill out form and submit, I get an error telling me the link has expired. I suspect because the server maybe registers one of my initial requests as the link being used, it then marks it as expired (?).

5) If I try from step 1 again I don't get an email from them as I probably need to wait a few hours.

Can anyone please help with how I might get around this??

Many thanks in advance Smiley
