1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment. on: May 15, 2018, 01:58:24 PM
Yeah, long term investment is kinda my thing. Because in long term investment, you could put some small amount of money and turn into such big amount in the matter of time. Well, it is kinda good too because in current time, im not that need of such extra money. Maybe if you ask me, like ETH that being used by many ICOs.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as savings, emergency needs possible? on: May 15, 2018, 01:55:23 PM
I don't think that is wise to spend all of your saving and turn it into bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile, so the prices couldn't be precisely predict. When you put your saving into BTC, and when you in such emergency need, it is good when the prices up and you've already have some profit, but it is bad luck when you in need and the prices goes down. Better put the money that you can let it go when it losses.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: May 15, 2018, 01:52:30 PM
The second suggest kinda good, spend small of your profit that you've already been gained over BTC. And with that, you already have 2 investment not just 1. It is better to have more than just being dependent on 1 source.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I regret, I might have influenced noobies or smokers to get behind Smoke.Network on: May 13, 2018, 12:56:27 AM
Human, we always make small shitty mistakes that we not noticed at the first time. It is good when you choose not to go full ignorance about the news that you've already been spread around. The good thing, you become responsible and your instinct about scam ICOs should be sharper. Well, everyone makes mistakes. Get over it and spread good thing around again.  Smiley
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin VS bank on: May 13, 2018, 12:45:41 AM
Maybe there will be some ICOs that offer save service for our money that could replace bank in this world. I agreed that bank already make us suffering, but we still need it as medium for cryptocurrencies to us. Maybe in the near future, the banks would walk together with crypto.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin destroy the world? on: May 13, 2018, 12:41:34 AM
Energy consumption of bitcoin transaction is not just depend on that oil barrel that you talking. These days we are not just depend on that kind of energy, but it is true that some of us still used it. Many source of energy in the world these days. I think bitcoin wouldn't destroy the world.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Is banking still important in the bitcoin era? on: May 12, 2018, 11:50:31 AM
Absolutely still important in my opinion, because of the banks itself already have many regulations that different for each country. Payment system that like credit card, VISA, etc. All of them already rooted beneath our world economy system. Banks still could help us in this life.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell and buy ethereum? on: May 07, 2018, 10:59:47 PM
Ethereum these days is gonna hit ATH again after the recovery of the downfall back then in early 2018, i consider it is good enough for you to selling some other altcoin and investing into this ethereum instead.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: what affects the price? on: May 07, 2018, 10:34:15 PM
What i could think of is because of the good prices spike before the cryptocurrencies prices fall down in the later event. This is kinda normal phenomenon that could occur in the market. Surely when there is down, there will be up as well. also otherwise too. bearish and bullish.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: DO NOT SELL! JUST HODL - You've not loss any money if you haven't sold. on: May 06, 2018, 11:47:54 AM
Your opinion about trading that you've played kinda same for me. Whenever im seeing the prices is deep dipping, the only thought that pop'd up in my mind is to prepare some fiat to buy more coin that dipped deep. Well, it could do more chance to cover a little of your losses when you do that buying act rather than cutlosses. #CMIIW
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto VS national currency on: May 06, 2018, 11:43:06 AM
Then, i already met one of many ICOs that will representative about this payment system that we adore with cryptocurrencies. Let me present you, https://www.pundix.com/ , that project have vision for any store could buy sell and accept cryptocurrencies. But, when you ask about could crypto "replace" national currencies, i thought the answer is no. They would likely to walk together along the road in the near future than to "replacing".
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hodl ether ? on: May 04, 2018, 03:20:36 PM
In my case, as long term holder, the answes is yes. I am holding ethereum this year to ensure i make profit out of this amazing ETH. You could do something else than just hodling if you have ETH, you could invest into some fresh running ICOs that could bring a fortune if you choose the "right one" that make you excited and interested for sure.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: How to invest in bitcoin? on: May 04, 2018, 03:17:10 PM
Surely everyone could invest in this cryptocurrencies, you could start signing up into some local or popular exchanger. After you successfully logged in, you could take a look into the market. Just in case there is any coin that you interested in. Investing that i am explaining is kinda long term holding / trading, because this bitcoin could still grow some prices in this year.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy has lost 103 Bitcoins on: May 04, 2018, 03:10:41 PM
That's kinda hurts so much, pain will never forgotten. but when that happened, isn't there any desktop wallets that usually created by the token developers? if bitcoin, like this https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet that could safe many wallet lives. or like hardware wallets that could safe you from the loss like that, because hardware wallets are completely offline a.k.a cold storage. well, maybe we need to backup many files in any harddisk or flashdisk to ensure the accessbility of our wallet.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: full-time cryptocurrency on: April 30, 2018, 10:03:19 PM
Well, if you already know what to do in this cryptocurrencies world and you think the real job is wasting so much time that not worth it for the rewards. all of it depends on you, decide between those 2 job. which job has bigger payment/ reward, pros and cons. it is wise to think thoroughly.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as new hope for humanity on: April 30, 2018, 07:52:29 AM
yeaah, cheers for the lemonade that we could made because of bitcoin! well, i am preparing some lemonade maker and will be ready when life give me some lemon. still in college and starting to think how that i could make money. and, this cryptocurrencies is the way that i choose to make money. starting from some trading, and will looking into some fresh and promising ICOs out there. well, goodluck for all of us!
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency kills people on: April 28, 2018, 11:32:49 AM
well, that's kinda right to the point where people using bitcoin for buying some item "anonymously". where the online things that could be bought just by this blockchain technology like bitcoin. well, bitcoin is kinda become tools to criminal for buying some things online. well, it couldn't be prevent when the person have the fiat money to exchange it into bitcoin and do some transaction with it. it is depends on the user and maybe there should pop'd up some regulations of the way using bitcoin itself. that's my opinion about your thread.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion on token airdrops? on: April 27, 2018, 02:11:08 AM
my opinion about those airdrops around is kinda make the ICOs seems unworthy if they rushing to do some airdrops and not attaching some good explanations of it. well, that's some bad example, but for the good project that have some explanation why they are doing that airdrop, they know what they're doing. overall, in my opinion that airdrops is not that worthy.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine a cashless society on: April 27, 2018, 02:07:39 AM
At present, China is in such a way to go out without cash, only need to bring a smart phone, and solve all problems.

People pay and transfer only using WeChat and alipay, but this digital currency is limited to China.

I think we need a digital currency that can be used around the world, such as bitcoin.
much true that for these days, china do some huge development to create the cashless society of theirs. i am actually impressed how things go smoothly in their country with that concept of cashless society. oh god, i hope cashless society could become international things for near future.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i am newbi so i am late or not to this field? on: April 26, 2018, 01:49:30 AM
Hi, im newbie too in this cryptocurrencies world. well, there's no such thing as too late or whatnot. the best thing is to become late than never try in this cryptocurrencies world. no need to become such a rush, and take your time to fully understood what is happening in this cryptocurrencies world. i am too kinda lack of the knowledge and still collecting or gathering some information in this forum. well, best of luck!
