Is anyone at all still able to log in?

Hic, I created an account at Poloniex with a valid email, password... then this site appear https://poloniex.com/signup_validate.php and nothing more! Cheking my email but no confirmation email for last two hours. Is there anyone has the same problem at Poloniex? Yup, same signup problem - resetting my password brings up a similar blank page.

I put up a sell order at a rate of 0.084 on the 18th that wasn't there anymore when I checked it yesterday. Been scanning the revision history to find the culprit, to no avail. Was this lost in the crossover from the sheet of the 18th to the 19th or did some kobold mischievously delete it?

Could you put me down for selling 20K at 0.11 BTC per 1K GRC?

for the A4 Linux machines, which protominer build should I select from the mega.nz collection?

The share value per hour varies wildly between my different processing instances. Is there any way to optimize the process?

If the client reboots and I login via PuTTY, should a regular mining log be appearing?
no, you can run "top" to see the cpu usage though Thanks, are the 'kworker' entries the miner processes? Also, after editing my crontab, do I press ESC, type ':x', ENTER to save it or is there another syntax when doing this in PuTTY? I apologize if these questions seem silly; I have very little Linux experience. After modifying, press esc key and type :wq, this writes to file and quits vim editor, you can do a sudo crontab -l to double check Yes, that's what I did eventually. Thanks for responding though

Agree with Sunny, primarily because this accusation is not PoS specific. It can in the very same way be argued that PoW mining favours those that are able to afford better mining rigs because their share of new coins generated is greater. Moreover, as with PoS, this income is proportional to the actual investment the party has made into the currency, whether this is buying coins or running hardware.
I guess it could be argued that PoW has more variables that are related to the actual time investment of the party - i.e. mining rigs have to be fine tuned to mine at the greatest hash rate, cards must be undervolted to save on electricity bills, etc., all of which gives the poorer man a bit of headroom to outsmart his richer neighbour and improve his overall position. But yet again, the greater the mining rig involved, the greater the payoff of the extra time investment, so you run into the same issue that PoS is accused of.

Thanks; I see the mobile phone activation is also working now - was still yielding an error yesterday. Your site speaks of a South African representative office - where is this located? I love the idea of finally having a cryptocurrency that might end up being usable in my country.
Is this gonna be usable in south Africa? Flip that would be awesome!! Ah, a fellow African ! Where in SA are you located? m right above yall'z with Mugabe here My condolences regarding his re-election. You must be in one of the few countries where altcoins are regarded as more stable than the national currency! In Cape Town, we've had a heat wave the past two days; I sleep in the same room as my mining rig, so the combination is absolutely killing me! How are you dealing with your mining heat up there? i have an open box setup, i live in the hilly outskirts of Harare so a small air-con is enough. oh, and of course a mosquito net coz i open the windows. Initially, I kept my computer in a Dairy Belle crate my brother found at the beach. Had seagull shit stains that were impossible to wash out. It was hideous, but had lots of spaces to allow for air flow. Then a friend of mine renovated his place and took out a cupboard with grille style drawers. My computer is in one of these - works marvelously - the grille is so thin and wide apart the cards are basically hanging in the air. Now in summer, I also have a household fan running in the room to keep my brain working at reasonable efficiency, but I'll probably sleep outside with the dogs instead tonight; waking up bathing in sweat every morning gets old very quickly. I left my larger rigs back in europe, couldn't afford baggage fees. how much are 79xx cards going for there? Three months ago, 7970s were going for about R4.3k whereas 7950s were at about R3.4k. The R9 280x, which roughly corresponds to the 7970, goes for R3.8k. These prices are very reasonable compared to what Nvidias go for down here; had to import a GTX670 from the States half a year after it came out to avoid paying R6k, i.e. roughly double, for it down here.

Please don't take Block 711 or 712 away from me too! maybe its your client causing the problems lol Damn it, forgot to decouple DDoSing and mining targets again! Well, currently I'm mining PHS even as it's down since I don't want to miss the transient where almost no one is mining again. Might this be causing issues?
