does anyone have this problem?

I have an transaction that has been processed by the exchange but the transaction cannot be found on the blockchain.

However, I do find it on other websites.

How does this happen?

My transaction has been stuck for 4 days....I transferred from one exchange to another, paid the fee that the exchanged asked me to paid.
